Loved the apartment, very clean, great decor & bedding, balcony overlooking park, and easy to tour city with free bus stop front of building. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Host was very friendly and informative. They responded very quickly and easily answered all my questions. The apartment was in a GREAT spot with easy access to the park and a short trip to downtown. The place was super clean and spacious. Easily one of the best places I have stayed :)

The Perch was a great place to stay in Savannah. We didn't have any issues with the property it was nice and clean and felt very homey. The beds were soft and the linens were clean and the washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient. They had all the pots and pans and plates and utensils we needed for the 2 meals we cooked while staying. And we could walk to everything.

Our apartment was close to everything and across the beautiful Forsyth Park. The three of us enjoyed having our own bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a bonus.The host was helpful to recommend favorite local places to eat. We enjoyed our time in Savannah’s historical district. Recommend a tour of the Civics Museum and hop on and hop off trolley tour.

Accommodations were great we love the proximity to the park and walkable to downtown. The place was clean and well appointed. We had a few issues and the host responded immediately and resolved our issues to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this location to stay and would stay here again

The property was very clean and nicely decorated! The location was great for walking to most anything we wanted to do. The owner is very responsive and got back to us quickly with any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Very conveniently located within walking distance of almost everything. You walk out the door and you are basically in Forsyth park! Highly recommend.

Very happy with our stay. Unit was clean, beautiful, and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Chase was very responsive to our questions (even at 3AM) Thanks Chase and South Key Property Management!

This was a lovely place with big bedrooms, comfortable outdoor seating, and great location near the park. Very clean. Keep in mind that it's on the third floor but as long as you have no problem with stairs it was great. We loved it for a girl's weekend.

Our stay at The Perch was excellent. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to the heart of downtown easily. It was just a great place in which to relax. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. From day one with check in instructions. To the last day with easy check out instructions. Great location next to the park and easy walk to everywhere. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was great. Definitely would stay again.

Great Property; Amazing Location!!

The property was great - it was clean, large and perfect for our weekend. Biggest perk is the location! Forsyth Park is literally steps from the front door! We were able to go to the Saturday Farmer's Market and take advantage of the convenience of being in such a central location without being in the "hubbub" of the city

Savannah Pre-move Visit

Property was great! We stayed there on a trip to Savannah to find long-term housing due to a relocation. Great views of Forsyth Park and very quiet neighborhood. Unit is on the 3rd floor, so a lot of steps, but perfect for our stay!

Lovely

Quaint, lively and clean. Location on Forsyth Park and very walkable into town and riverfront. Easy to get in and out of but keep in mind it’s a third floor wall up, so don’t overpack. All the amenities with towels , hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, etc. Communication with property was easy, professional and timely.

Good location, across from Forsyth. Easy and enjoyable walk to amenities and downtown. Clean unit and well represented in the photos.Getting into the unit was a chore. With two groups in our party (parents and adult kids) and only one set of keys, we had to use the front and back entry - not ideal but at least there was the option for an alternate entry point. Getting through the keyed screen door was awkward.Would recommend getting a new mattress for the front bedroom. Overall, with the cost of downtown accommodation, we would say good value for money. Having never been to Savannah, the location was a big plus for us. With some tweaks, we would have given it a higher rating.

Interior space was cheery and bright

There were many things to like about the space including the cleanliness, how well stocked the house was (they were kind enough to have coffee, ample towels, shampoo, etc.) and it was a bright, cheery space. The negatives include the entrance was very decrepit with rotting wood and a rickety gate. The stairs are very narrow and winding and its tricky to vavigate with full arms. The front porch which has optimal views of Forsythe Park was closed off due to rotting wood so we were not able to take advantage of that space.

We stayed at the Perch across from Forsyth Park. It was amazing. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee is picturesque and we felt like we were in a movie. The waterfront is a walk but there is a trolley tour stop just a block away and we would highly recommend taking the tour. The farmer's market on Saturday mornings is awesome. The property is historic, so there are a few quirks but it's very well updated and taken care of. Property is on the 3rd floor with moderately narrow older stairs, so would not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. However, for us it was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay. Chase made everything super easy and was very responsive to any questions we had.
