Gulf Front Sunsets From the Balcony of This 3 BD/2 BA condo!

We just finished a full remodel in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach front condo with an oversize balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The balcony entrances are from both the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy the view of dolphins and the sparkling Gulf with a variety of seating options on the large balcony. Relax to the soothing sounds of the surf and watch the sunset or take a stroll along the stunning white sand beaches. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee bar with both a Mr Coffee and Keurig coffee machine. Our beach closet has toys, chairs and towels for you to enjoy a day at the beach with your family. The heated pool and spa are beach front with tropical tiki huts if you need a little shade. A gas grill is also available for your use in the pool area. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved covered parking space. There is Visitor parking available on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed.

Exactly what we needed

Beautiful property at a great location. Condo was well supplied for kitchen items, linens, and beach toys. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be able to come back.

Perfect stay! The condo was spacious, very clean and updated! Had everything you will need and then some! The owner was responsive of all questions and assured us of her availability if needed during our stay! Great area and pool....not over crowded pool or beach area! Thank you for such a great vaca!!

Could not ask for a better beach access. Plenty of chairs around the pool area. Unit was super nice and well equipped. Balcony was very spacious. I would say the only negative was that the road was very load compared to Indian Shores where we have stayed previously.

This is a beautiful condo. Very clean!! Had everything we could have needed including very nice beach chairs and beach towels. The perfect distance to the beach, with a lot of restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this property.

Stay on Madeira Beach

This stay was amazing! We appreciated everything about the stay. The closet full of beach items was a life saver! I highly recommend staying here.

Can't say enough!

The photos don't do this property justice. Very clean and comfortable. The beach closet was a definite plus. Comfortable beds. Pool area was awesome and the gentleman who takes care of it does an awesome job. Beach is literally right there. Highly recommend The Reef which is literally right across the street and Caddys which is a short walk down the beach. We will definitely be back.

Excellent beach vacation

Excellent location, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and even had a few more items than expected. Our family had a great vacation and we would definitely book again.

Family vacation

Our condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The sunsets were amazing and we were able to see the dolphins jumping every day. We will be back again.

Perfect

We’ve stayed in this building before, but this was by far the nicest condo we’ve experienced! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay—plenty of beach chairs, toys, and extras that made our beach days super easy and fun. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! This was the nicest beach by far, not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach closet full of everything we needed was fantastic. Beds were comfortable! Everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

What a view!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets ever. Clean, nice pool area, friendly people and beautiful beach! Would definately recommend!

Excellent condo on the beach!

Everything was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for the beach, which was great since flying in and not able to travel with a lot. Very neat and clean! Would love to stay here again on our next trip!

Relaxing stay!

The condo was great! We were able to enjoy the balcony all times of the day without it being too hot. Quiet family friendly complex. Beach was amazing! We didn't want to leave.

Wonderful!

This property is great! Clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Paula has thought of everything, from beach towels to sand toys to extra toilet paper to family games and even baby toys!The building is well maintained. The pool area is beautifully updated. The pool is nicely heated. The view is amazing! You will not be disappointed!!

Great stay

Beautiful well equipped unit perfect for a large family. We are a family of 6 and this unit had plenty of room for all. It also truly had everything we needed from plenty of towels to beach chairs and toys. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Paula was bery responsove and solved any issue immediately as well as offering help fr anticipated issues with the construction. Could not ask for better a better host.

Very Nice

The cond was very nice and I would recommend! The only negatives was that it was not stocked properly, not enough towels and supplies. But a quick trip to the store and we were fine. Property owner and manager were amazing! I loved the security at the complex!

Excellent condo on the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was set up well, very clean, no issues. The kitchen is relatively well stocked with equipment. Very comfortable and clean. The only negative was that we were just above the pool and it was supposed to be quiet after 10 pm. There were several nights when people were hanging out at the pool, after 10 pm and it was not quiet. But since it was Christmas, we decided to just let it go. All in all, we would rent again.

Wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sea view 102! Paula was a great host and maintained excellent communication throughout. The property was clean and well maintained. The "beach closet" was packed full of towels, chairs, sand toys and floats which our children enjoyed. Parents also note that the closet in the master bedroom is large enough to fit a full size crib (which we rented) for our 2 year old. The balcony was our favorite part. Watching the dolphins play while drinking coffee in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed this place and can definitely see ourselves returning in the future.

Great Views & Beach Access

We loved our stay at Seaview. Paula was very kind, responsive and accommodating. The view and access to the beach were both great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need. The only complaint were a few neighbors not adhering to the noise rules at the pool and after 10:00. There are lots of restaurants to visit, The Reef was right across the street and had yummy food. Winn Dixie is right up the street and you can arrange delivery. The beach wasn't too crowded, but did have lots of people. There was even a bongo group and a fire twirler one night (maybe a random thing). I definitely recommend!

Beach house with everything you need!

Great time in Madeira Beach this week. The condo is well appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation experience. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella are all in the unit so just pack your bathing suit and a cooler! The unit itself was clean and stocked with dishes and cooking appliances, fans in every bedroom, towels, board games (for the 15 mins of rain), books and tvs in the rooms. Great pool and hot tub on property and steps to the beach where the dolphins were playing just off shore. Restaurants right across the street, grocery store around the corner, Johns Pass boardwalk for a day of shopping and dinner…truly a wonderful piece of property and super easy to book and stay with this owner. Hoping we’ll be back soon!

This was the perfect family spot. We had plenty of room in the condo, balcony, and the pool area was spacious. The condo and pool area were both very clean and taken care of. The maintenance guy, Jeff, was helpful when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again - Paula was a great host!
