Paradise awaits you at this Direct Gulf Front 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Las Brisas. During your stay, you’ll awake to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy memorable sunsets every evening with views from your balconies off the Living area and the Master Bedroom! This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles, including all new furniture and appliances, to relax your trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient in-unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second master has two queen beds; the third bedroom has one queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms, including the Living Room, have smart televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay.

Please note that there is only 1 parking space and no guest parking at Las Brisas. You must park in the designated parking spot.

Las Brisas offers a heated pool, BBQ, and picnic area, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!

Whether you are looking for lots of fun or want to kick off your shoes, lay back and enjoy the warm Gulf waters then this is the place to do it!

Great beach stay

We had plenty of space for our family of five. The condo had everything we needed including beach supplies, washer/dryer and a high chair. The beach was great and we were only steps away, so we could easily come and go throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Sunset Views Ever!

The unit was super clean and they provided everything you need for a few days: toilet tissue, garbage bags, coffee, etc. Was wonderful to be right on the ocean! Our little granddaughters loved seashell collecting and building sandcastles. I highly recommend this stay!!!

My family and I had a great time at this condo! The sun doesn’t hit the porch until mid afternoon which is awesome! The kitchen and bathroom and beach stuff was well stocked! All beds were so comfortable! Super easy access to the beach!

INCREDIBLE experience!

I spent the months leading up to my trip looking at the reviews, and getting more and more excited to see new reviews that expressed the excellence of this condo. After returning from our family vacation, I can tell you that there aren't even WORDS for how amazing this rental is. Catherine puts her heart and soul into being a gracious host. We encountered a lot of issues getting to the condo due to flight cancellations which caused missed connections for our family of six. I was honestly the most stressed out I've ever been, and Catherine was not only a supportive host, she was also gracious and kind like she was an old friend. She truly went above and beyond for our family. When I say that EVERYTHING you need to have a good vacation is at this condo, this is not an understatement. If you have kids, you will LOVE everything about this condo. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, beach toys, sand toys, coolers, beach towels, puddle jumper, inflatable tubes, and every child apparatus you can think of to use for small children: high chair, baby bed, etc. The kitchen setup is also a total dream. Everything you need for cooking is there. The condo was SO CLEAN. The beds were beautiful, and comfortable, including the pull-out in the living room. The bathrooms were spotless, and contained toiletry items in case you forgot to bring yours. The living room was comfortable with games and books. If you want the vacation of a lifetime, this is for you! I already rebooked!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Perfect for 8 adults to stay very comfortably. Very well stocked with everything we could need. So cute too! The host was always in communication with me before and during our stay! We loved how close it was to many restaurants and shopping so we could walk to everything. Great stay

The property was great for our stay after our son’s wedding. Had 3 couples plus a toddler and we had plenty of room . The view of the beach and the beach was awesome. Only issue was the dryer was very slow to dry … sometimes took 3 cycles . Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous views

I have to start with the views- the unit is right on the beach so we really enjoyed seeing the ocean from the large sliding doors. My parents stayed in the 1st owners suite and also had wonderful views. The unit is large- a big living room was a plus as we had 6 people. We also enjoyed how close the building was located to many restaurants and a short drive to John’s Pass. We had some issues with getting a rental car so we were happy to learn that places like Publix was just a few miles down the road. We got around easily with one car as several of us could walk or take the trolley. We walked across the street to Reef for a few meals and went to the Dalí museum during one of our rainy days. Our host Catherine was very responsive and easy to communicate with!

We had a great getaway at Madeira beach, Fl. The condo was very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable the kitchen was well stocked. Catherine was a wonderful host she supplies so many extras. Coffee, cream, soap, shampoo, beach chairs, pool toys and so much more! she was very responsive and great to work with! Area is full of restaurants, shopping and the beach is beautiful! We will definitely go back.

Great condo on the beach

We loved our stay here. The condo was larger than we thought it would be and was close to John's Pass. The only thing was the parking situation. If you ard bringing more than one car you will have to pay for parking that is down the road. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and all of the beach accessories that the condo provided. There was also a very well stocked kitchen which made our Thanksgiving so easy.

I am originally from Ottawa, Canada and my husband is originally from Georgetown, DE and it has been one of our life goals to have a place on the beach. Our girls are born and raised in Florida and love being outdoors enjoying the coastal life. We are delighted to share our beach home with you.

Our beautiful beach home is located directly on the gulf of mexico which is our favorite beach to relax on. We have always dreamed of having a place on the beach and were so happy to make that dream a reality this year. Our condo comfortably fits our family of five along with friends or relatives who tag along to enjoy the beach with us. My girls and I find nothing more relaxing that morning yoga on the beach and we were so thrilled that there is a beach yoga group just steps from our condo.

We love to cook and to spend time together as a family, so you will find a well stocked kitchen, games, restaurants, fishing and mini golf all within walking distance from our condo.

This condo is conveniently located just steps from the beach. We love that you can be on the beach without hauling all of your stuff for what feels like miles. There are several grills just off the beach so you can grill up some burgers or hot dogs without ever having to leave the beach.
The condo boasts a large balcony that runs the full length of the unit so you can enjoy a good card game, cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

You can expect to see dolphins playing right in front of the condo on many mornings, or sea turtle nests during turtle season. Sea life is a huge part of what attracted us to this particular condo.
