Beautiful 2B -2B fully equipped Villa located in the Village of Duvall. Your minutes away from the Sea Breeze Rec Center and the Duval (adult only)pool. For your golfing pleasure, the Villa comes with a free golf cart to take you to one of 10 golf courses a short drive away. An extra feature is our heated/air conditioned Lanai to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon Happy Hour. With easy access to Buena Vista Blvd. you can experience dining and evening entertainment at Sumter Landing or Brownwood Paddock, they are approximately 2-3 miles away. Should you elect to dine in, the patio will be equipped with a new grill, high top bistro table with two chairs and a large umbrella to shade the sun. Don't miss out, book today!

Great Location

We loved our stay at Chuck and Patty’s. The villa is centrally located on a nice quiet street near Sea Breeze Rec Centre and close to dozens of golf courses. Chuck and Patty were excellent hosts, checking in frequently to make sure we were happy. They even loaned us a second golf cart when our boys came to visit.

Life in Paradise

This was our first time renting from hosts Chuck and Patty and we were very happy with the accommodations and their hospitality. The villa had been recently updated and was very comfortable. The best and most notable aspect of this property is its location. It is central to the three town squares and close to shopping. We did not have a car during our two month stay and we had no problem getting to where we wanted to go on the golf cart, which was included in the rental. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Return to Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at Chuck and Patty’s villa so much last year that we returned to Paradise again this year. The villa has had some additional updates, is very comfortable and has a homey atmosphere. It is centrally located to the three town squares and is close to multiple golf courses, recreation centers and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring The Villages via the golf cart provided by our hosts and look forward to more explorations next year. Thank you Chuck and Patty for your unending hospitality. We look forward to returning for three months in 2024.

February in The Villages

Finding a one-month rental for February in The Villages is challenging and we were fortunate to get one. The home was very clean and perfect for the two of us. There is some updating that needs to be done and the owner informed us that many of those updates would be happening this spring. The owner was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up and always followed up to make sure that things were corrected to our satisfaction. We hope to stay there again.

Home away from home.

Great location. Just the right size home. Chuck and Patty are very responsive owners. Fixed the few problems we had ASAP.

Golfers in The Villages

Great location in The Villages. Chuck is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Plans for updates sound very nice. Would highly recommend this villa.
