Freshly updated courtyard villa in the best part of The Villages — between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing in the wonderful village of Rio Grande.

Our beautiful villa has just been updated. There is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and the home has been painted inside and out. There are quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths and new modern fixtures throughout. It is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind (e.g., recliners in the living room).

There is complete privacy in the backyard with a wall enclosing the spacious yard. There is also a full two-car garage with room for your car and the included gas golf cart.

Enjoy all that the Villages has to offer: 42 executive and 13 championship golf courses. There are also 3 instructional golf academies. There are tennis and pickle ball courts, sport pools, family pools, and adult only pools. Try your hand at softball, archery, bowling and so much more! There is even a polo field with live matches seasonally!

Property is in great condition-matches photos of how clean and well maintained it is. The location was perfect for me for visiting my family and any shopping I needed. Overal a great experience.

Everything was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Grounds were mowed weekly. The "town square" was just minutes away with restaurants, shops and nightly live music. Publix and other stores also just minutes away. All within easy car or golf cart (which was included) distance. Also, dog friendly. Met a good number of friendly people to hang out with. Great place!

Great location! Easy access to both Spanish Springs and |Sumter Landing. Lots of great golf within10-15min cart ride. Owners were very nice and hospitible.

Vickie was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating The home had all the amenities needed, especially in the kitchen. We were thankful for the golf cart and easy access to Spanish Springs, the dog park, and swimming pool. The home was extremely clean. It was so nice to have comfortable furniture in the living room and a separate office area. The home is very private as it is surrounded by a wall on two sides. The yard is very large. we wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely recommend!

Great villa!

This villa was perfect for me and my dog. Everything in the Villa was fresh and new, well decorated. The golf cart was very useful for traveling around the villages . The villa was close to the town square for music and shopping. Very enjoyable stay!

Great location, very quiet!

Perfect spot at the end of a cul-de-sac. Owners readily accessible and responsive. Golf cart was very convenient. Spanish Springs very close. Nice, quiet patio. Twin beds in second bedroom would have been more conducive to having non- couples stay with us, but otherwise very comfortable.

The property has been renovated. There are many places to sit. We are thrilled to have several recliners and a couch. They provided a lot of amenities. They supplied so many towels and beach towels. We love being near two or 3 pools. One of them is a family pool and was great when grandkids came to visit. It was a memorable visit. We stayed for 7 weeks. The hosts are very responsive and Golf cart is a real plus. Thank you!!!

The Villa is nice, clean, and comfy. Internet is fast, which is important to us for wfh. The house is close to the rec center and town center. Vicki responded our emails promptly. We enjoyed very much our stay, playing pickle and golf. Thanks, Vicki!

Beautiful unit

Loved the unit.. It was very modern, huge garage. Very quiet neighborhood and centrally located. The kitchen could have had a few more serving bowls. Otherwise it was great!

Excellent House to Rent

House was great. Owners were easy to get along with. Owners communicated well whenever they need to come over and cut the grass or fix something. Dishwasher broke and they came and tried to fix it but couldn't so they replaced it very quickly. Golf cart was great! Pool was a block away. Fenced in back yard was great for our dogs. Great place!

My first extended stay in the Villages

I've considered moving to the Villages so rented this for 3 months to get a true feel for the area. This villa was perfect for this. It's a great place and very clean. Everything you need is already there. Newly updated. The golf cart runs great and was perfect for getting the full feel of the Villages lifestyle. Scott & Vicki are great hosts & were quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend staying here. Close by to both Spanish Springs & Sumter Landing. Don't forget to bring your golf clubs. You'll love it!
