The sleek white & black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 6 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there is an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows!

BATH:
Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL & GRILL:
Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. This goes for our grills as well as they are in the pool area.

Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass MUST be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional free street parking is available across the street in front of the condo.
