Wonderful property and the response time was so quick when we needed something. Pool and clubhouse were clean and fun, such a short walk from the house.

Awesome place for golf and close to Zion. Great location and rates are great. Zion tip: Leave the condo at about 6am to get to Zion and be on the first shuttle in. You can save hours of waiting for shuttles just by being on the first one. And you won't find parking after about 8am anyway. Watching the sun come up from a hiking trail in Zion is not to be missed. We went to Zion two days in a row. Got there at 6:45 and hiked. Back at the condo by 12 or 1, then golf in the afternoon. Perfect day!

Great location for Zion (only 45 minutes to the entrance). The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood pool was perfect for relaxing after hiking. We were able to visit Bryce Canyon also, as it was just 2 hours away.Red Sands Vacation Properties are great to deal with. Easy check-in and out. They are very responsive if needed.

The layout of the house was great. We were dismayed with the cleanliness of it.The carpets, floors, upstairs shower, and baseboards all need a thorough cleaning.We did enjoy the pool and location.

The entire experience was great. The pool and rec room were fantastic. Liked the opinions to take the linens or the towels to the laundry room.It was a great overall experience

Great place!! Close to Zion NP and Snow Canyon SP. the garage was a huge bonus as we could store our e-bikes inside.

Perfect Place for our Vacation!

Perfect home for our little family reunion. Plenty of space for the adults and kids. Perfect location to enjoy hiking, St. George or just to hang out by the pool. Would definitely stay again!

The main issue we faced during our stay at this particular residence was the cleanliness. There were several issues in multiple rooms that made it blatantly obvious the rooms were not cleaned properly. Including a bloody bandage on the floor of the rooms, blood and hair on the sheets, and several of the sheets had a strong odor to them. Eventhough four hours prior to our check in the owner had informed us the property was being cleaned. We still had to stay up the entire night of our first day cleaning the rooms and washing bedding. We attempted to contact the owner multiple times to resolve the issues to no avail, we were left solving this issues on our own often buying items out of our own funds such as cleaning supplies and laundry soap. All the issues amounted to us unfortunately cutting our stay short. I would urge feature prospects to seriously consider other properties as this stay was not enjoyable due to the issues we faced at the hands of the owner.

Excellent Stay

We definitely recommend this property and would stay again. The house is clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, towels plentiful, and the host did a great job letting us know how we could reach out if we needed anything. The kids enjoyed the PS4, the WiFi was sufficient for a variety of devices, the grill and backyard table set are great, and the community pools and hot tubs are awesome. We didn’t experience any difficulties with check in or out. It was a smooth and comfortable trip.

Great place for a small group of friends/family

The property is perfect for a group who likes to cook/BBQ and not hit restaurants every night. Plenty of room and beds. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and natural light. A nice little patio for dining with 6. Pools and hot tub are very close. Room for a car in garage and one on drive way, but there is a lot close, too. Pantry had some nice spices (although a few were empty) and small appliances. The place was clean, but the carpets are stained and could use a deep clean. Showers had great water pressure (owners need to fix Master Bath shower handle (about to fall off). Plenty of enterrainment equipment with comfy couches and a desk. Kitchen had most things, but surprisingly no glasswear (wine glasses, Pyrex measuring cup, regular glasses. A lot of plastic. Could have used a cutting board and wine opener (bought our own). We received texts often that were helpful and a call before arrival. Well-managed operation. And even though directions said to take recycling and garbage cans to curb on Thursday, someone drove by and did it for us. Highly recommend. Downtown was 14 minutes away as was Sand Hallow. Very easy to get around. (And a Liquor Store super close.) We went for the Ironman70.3 and it worked out perfectly.

Easy to find and just inside the development. Nice walking path around the pond. Complex feels safe and kept up. The pool area was very nice, but their ping pong table and equipment was in terrible condition and the plastic paddles were kind of sad. Note that the driveway is very short and if you have a large car it won't fit in the garage. Like in a lot of rentals, the skillet pans/knives need replacement badly. The kitchen was decently equipped though. The bunk room was very hot compared to the rest of the house (above the garage), but a fan was provided. Great that all the rooms had a smart TV. One bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan which would have been nice. Tons of blankets and linens which was great for everyone's comfort.35–40-minute easy drive to Zion. 2 hours to Bryce. 10 minutes to Walmart and really most anything you could need. The unit is clean and comfortable. Patio has afternoon shade which is nice. Beds were comfortable.One thing also to note was that there is no door on the master bathroom, except the toilet. The shower is clear so if that bathroom is being used for showers, no one else can be in the bedroom. I was sharing that shower with my mom and my son, so privacy was a bit of an inconvenience. Not the end of the world. Also, the stairs are quite long. Beware if there are mobility problems in your party. The master is on the main which is great.Great value for the money, would stay again. Comfortable for our party of 5.
