River Access
The complex has a pool, community grills, and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River. There is no direct tubing access from the condo. A staircase leads from the pool area toward the river, and an additional access point is currently being added.

This was a great space for our family. Great location, easy to get to everything within 5 minutes. Had everything we needed for our trip. Would stay here again.

We had a great time. Didn’t utilize the pool or river due to the weather but it was peaceful and the view of the river was lovely. I would definitely recommend and will add to my places to stay in the future.

Many of the dishes were dirty (greasy, dried food still on them) and were put in the cabinets. Dishwasher does not work - water does not run through the dishwasher. I checked it several times and no water in unit and there was food all over the door. We hand walked all the dishes just to eat. Both can openers need to be replaced, left a more for the cleaning people/ host. Sliding glass door downstairs needs WD40, very hard to open & close. All pillows are very flat, would recommend replacing.The condo is cut and in a very accessible location. Close to downtown within minutes and quick drive to Gruene.

Came during march! Pool was cold and water was cold but well worth the time. Location was just as shown. No problems with the air conditioning or hot water. Awesome time!

Weekend getaway
What a great place! Plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults/2 teens). Beautiful view of the river from both levels of the apartment. A quick drive to San Antonio. Would definitely recommend.

Wedding stay
The condo was really nice. Well appointed and clean. The area is within driving distance to many activities. There are a lot of rules, but all went well.

Overall good stay
Cute cozy condo in good location near downtown New Braunfels. Listing says max 8 occupancy but that would be tight. More than 4 adults would be tight IMO. Only real negative is the beds were not very comfortable.

Good place
It is a good and comfortable place to stay if you only need a place to sleep. The bathtub in one of the rooms needs a rehab and the doors needs alignment, it was hard closing them. Everything was nice overall

Perfect Weekend Stay
The views are spectacular! Plenty of space for our group of 6! Definitely bring bug spray if you like to sit on the balconies to drink your coffee in the morning. The AC worked great and cooled the unit down quickly, wifi was strong and netflix in every room. There’s also lots of places for food, groceries, gas, etc all less than 10mins from the property. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

In the area to spend time with friends. Photo's looked nice and part of Marriott System. Overall, the unit was in very good condition, and we enjoyed being able to use a place like this compared to staying mulitple adults at a hotel. Would recommend staying there.

Everything you need from cooking to sleeping. 8 happy guest said they would definitely stay again. Everything is nearby Schlitterbahn water park, the Guadalupe River. Etc...Easy check in check out. Very clean and comfortable stay. Thanks to all at New Braunfels Escapes.

Family stay
Condo is on the older side but was very clean. Appliances were new and very much appreciated. The bedding was very comfortable.Our main complaint was on the exterior. Stairs and balcony were thick with spider webs and even a large wasp nest.The grounds needed to be mowed and there was a dead coral snake. We decided not to utilize the pool area.

Easy check in, very responsive, overall a good voue
Property clean, safe, and location although access to river in construction, it was nice as anything needed is a couple miles away. Property management responsive to questions and issues.Over all property a bit dated but workable compared to other property rental prices.Good to ask questions upfront of any bookings as some properties require upfront agreements that one may question. Would definitely recommend a mattress upgrade.Overall good value.

The house was close to everything, it was clean and a great size for our group of 7. Has easy river access, pool was crystal clear, and lots to do! Plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. My only complaint would be the beds. Both queen beds dip in the middle and the sofa bed is very springy, unfortunately none of us slept through the night.
