The location of this property was perfect for us. It was relaxing and enjoyable to have the Comal River right outside. It was easy to stay in contact with property management. The condo was clean and property management was very clear about what would be stocked by them. The only complaint was the living room furniture is very used and past the point of being comfortable.

Perfect for our family reunion

The apartment was perfect for us for our family reunion. Others were staying in a larger apartment at River Run, so we spent most of our time there. Everything worked, and there were enough dishes and kitchen items that served our family.

Hi Brad, thank you for the feedback! I'm so glad you enjoyed the condo! I apologize that there was a rowdy crowd. The complex does hire security that should have been on property to enforce the quiet hours. Unfortunately sometimes people just are not very considerate of other guests. We hope to see you again next year! Thanks, NBE

Great Condo Amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. If you would have brought up this issue to us we would have been more than happy to send maintenance out there to look at it. We hope you give us another chance, as we do have about 140 properties all around the area. Thanks, NBE
