Simply filled with coastal charm and beachy decor, this adorable condo will be just the place to kick back and enjoy the ocean breeze. Boasting a private balcony, stunning views of the ocean, and all of the comforts of home, no one will want to leave this oasis. When days heat up, the waves and warm sand will be calling your name mere steps away, yet the shared pool can also be just the ticket for a perfect afternoon with a good book in hand. If you have a few competitive members of the group, the pickleball courts available on-site will provide endless fun. When nights come to a close, the inviting living area can host the next family movie night, and the high-speed WiFi will come in handy for sharing favorite memories on social media or streaming movies.

Sitting on the endless sand of Maryland Beach, there will be no lack of activities to indulge in such as snorkeling, swimming, beachcombing, or simply working on that tan. Head less than a mile south and you will find a plethora of tasty restaurants to pop into in between various adventures nearby. Make your way north and you can spend the day checking out Fenwick Island State Park.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Also, being on Wight Avenue was quaint and the birdhouses and entrance to the dunes were charming. Nice smart tv in the living room with streaming available. Beautiful flooring throughout. It is nice not to have carpeting in a beach place. Huge supply of nice bath linens too. Would suggest including hand towels as there weren’t any. Thanks for the start up kits for kitchen and bathroom needs. Very nice showering products. The kitchen was outstanding and wel-stocked. Looked brand new and updated. It could use a few more dish towels as there was only one. King size bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets and pillowcases were of high quality. The bedroom bedspread and pillow covers are in desperate need of washing. The pillows are old, thin, and look dirty (should be tossed) I did not use them, but stored them neatly in the closet. Went to TJ Maxx and purchased my own bed pillows and comforter. Also, please put a tv in the bedroom. There should be one. These few suggestions would really make a great improvement to this nice beach home. Overall, I recommend highly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great condo

This was the perfect location for our family. Loved being oceanfront but due to being on the first floor, the view was limited. Bed was comfortable. Our 12 year old son had no issues with the sofa bed. Thought it was a little strange that the hose to wash off sand when coming back from the beach was not at the same side of the building as the dune access to the beach. At first we had difficulty finding it.

Wonderful Vacation!

The view was better than expected. We loved the keyless entry. The pool was wonderful. The building was quiet and safe. Beach access was super close and we loved the birdhouses.

Great location & view

I'll start with two pros. The view was better than I thought it was going to be, thought it was going to be dunes only, but you could see the ocean. The street was very quiet. There is a bus stop very close. Now the cons. The carpet in the living room was disgusting. It was so hideous that I wore tennis shoes with my pajamas in the evening while walking around the unit. To be honest, even the carpet in the bedroom was disgusting. Also, the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Proximity to beach

Loved how close this was to the beach, but there was definitely a trade off in quality of unit. The carpet was extremely dirty, the cleaners didn’t wipe down the counters or make the bed up prior to our arrival, and the pool code we were given was incorrect. We won’t stay here again, but if you want a place just for proximity to the beach and for the price, this is pretty okay.

Loved the property, did not love the unit

Property is a great location. Private, nice beach, within walking distance of restaurants and things to do. The only con would be the very tight parking, we would have liked a heads up at how small the spots were and struggled to park our truck. The unit we will not stay in again. What we expected was a unit out of date with its style, what we got was one that needs every piece of soft furniture replaced. There was not a comfortable place to sit or sleep. And the carpet! Kitchen is missing some basic items we expected to have and we were met with a washer full of wet towels and laundry bag that sat outside the room for two days before it was picked up. We love OCMD and trying new spots each year. This year was a dud.

Lovely small condo on the beach

The condo was clean, equipped with essentials. Had a luggage cart for taking suitcases to the room. Was disappointed the pool was not open yet. Went during car week. Close to restaurants and bars. The dune revitalization on 133rd Street is beautiful. A short walk to the beach. Private balcony. Would def rent again.

Location was great - wish the dunes were not blocking the view.

Location was excellent - wished the view was not blocked by the sand dunes. As for the property, it needs lots of upgrades. Carpet has stains, sofa sinks in way too much, dresser drawers didn't close property, towel rack was broken, wired hangers were all beatup looking, only 3 knives in the knife set, no box of kleenex/tissue, hand soap bottle was there but it was empty. The chairs on the balcony were nice but a table would have been helpful. I called the phone number that was given to me for Help while I was there, someone took my notes but no one called back or delivered the missing items. It was nice of them to provide the 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. We only ended up using the umbrella. No one told us about that either, we accidentally discovered the locker on the parking level. Next time I would look for something on the higher floor to get better view and maybe upgraded condo. Overall we had a great time and I would recommend renting at Sales II. Thank You!

Love Location but condo was out dated and old

Loved the location of where this condo was located (right on the beach) however it was very outdated condo. The sleeper sofa was terrible and unable for my girls to sleep on. My 13 year old daughter saw a mouse run across the kitchen floor the last night we were there. So gross!!! Our entire family of 4 slept in the king size bed the last night...not comfortable. It just needs some TLC.

My stay was nice, and the facility was decent. I understand it can be expensive to maintain rental property, but bedding is an important factor in anyone's stay. I understand the facility is frequented by youth and the annual spring breakers, but a bed (mattress) that leans or has dimples should be replaced. The difference between 5*, vs 2/3* is the quality of sleep vacationers get along with their vacation. I would stay at this facility again...Ciao

Getaway From the Desert Heat

Nice escape from Arizona Summer/Fall. Although we could not swim due to the rough ocean, we enjoyed the 68 to 72 degree temperatures! Spent a lot of time walking along the beach.

Fabulous mini vacation

What an adorable little gem. We had a fabulous stay, comfortable condo on the beach. Gorgeous views and super easy access to the beach. So quiet we never even heard a neighbor. Nice to have a pool when your tired of the ocean. Will definitely be back. If I could change anything it would be upgrading the fold out couch. Otherwise it was just perfect. .

We'll be back in 2022!

We just finished our stay at this property and have already booked a (longer) stay in 2022! This property was perfect for our family (my husband and I plus 2 boys, 7 and 9). The area is far enough away from the busyness of the boardwalk area that it's quiet and far less crowded, but still just a quick drive from everything we wanted to do during our trip. A few notes for future renters: 1. Check in with unit 105 when you arrive, to get a parking pass; this wasn't clear to us and we were here almost two days before we realized that's what we were supposed to do. Not a big deal as we did find our assigned parking spot, but you are supposed to have a pass. 2. There's plenty of room for a small cot if you have two kids who won't share the pull-out. 3. Bring extra toilet paper (we realized a couple days into our stay that housekeeping only left one roll). The beach access is a 30 second walk from your front door. Complex is quiet (we had the pool to ourselves nearly every time we used it), and even at its peak, the beach here isn't crowded. Can't wait to come back in 2022 for a weeklong stay!

Mid week refuel

The condo was exactly as pictured. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The housekeepers need to do a better job. There was sand in the bed sheets and clearly the spigots in the bathroom had not been wiped down. It was obvious the place has been well used. The mattress on the bed is worn out, as well as the sofa needs new cushions. The location was good and a short walk to a wonderful beach. We had a good time. I would stay in this building again but I’d like to be at least one more floor higher to be able to see over the dunes.
