The property was wonderful. It was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed, plus more, for our family of 8 with two young children. Location was terrific. Less than 100 steps to beach, less than a block to multi purpose path, lots of porches and places to hang out. All the beach toys, boogie boards and chairs that we needed. Kitchen was exceptionally well outfitted. Communication with property manager was excellent. It was very clean. We took advantage of everything including hot tub, fire pit and grill. Would highly recommend!

This was the most beautiful beach house. Room for all of and so close to the beach. Communication was very good. We will stay here again!

great relaxing and confrontable stay which that's what we were looking for. The hot tub/jacuzzi was totally awesome, all amenities in kitchen were very handy for cooking, coffee the island in kitchen was actually great conversation gathering place for coffee and planning day evens lol.The host was totally awesome and available all the time THANK YOU !!

Excellent! Clean, well cared for house. Easy check in and attentive host. Decor and rooms are attractive and inviting providing both relaxing spaces to gather and spaces to enjoy some quiet time. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Furnishings are almost new and very comfortable. Beach accessories (eg chairs, toys) and even bikes provided. After visiting the beach the outdoor shower with hot water was a nice treat from the usual cold water outdoor showers typical in rentals. Location is truly steps to the beach in a nice neighborhood.

Amazing stay

We all loved our stay. House was amazing, supper clean, comfortable mattresses, it had everything we needed for cooking, grilling, etc Property is just a few steps from the beach. Check-in/check-out process was beyond easy. Host was super nice. We will definitely go back.

Perfect house

The house was perfect for a chill beach getaway for the holidays. We spent so much quality time just hanging out by the fireplace, playing games, and watching movies after playing on the beach or relaxing in the hot tub! The town is adorable and there are so many great places to eat near by.

This home should be called A House of Hospitality. I love a kitchen that's equipped to cook, bake, and host...more than enough of everything, towels, bedding, seating, and plenty of spaces for our party's needs.

Such a relaxing beach retreat! We had six adults and everyone had room to spread out … but the bar, kitchen, and patios were perfect for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is so well stocked and the garage has all the beach toys and towels ..:so easy to feel like it’s your own. Thanks-!!

Woodstock ln rocks

This house is great for a stay at the beach has lots Of fun toys ( bikes, SUP, beach toys ect..) The house is super comfortable and Woodstock is a great friendly, safe lane.

Sunny weekend in Ventura

Great location with a surplus of essential items not always available in a rental like paper supplies, linens, and sporting equipment. Working with Michelle was great, she was very helpful in making our stay great.

Perfect Beach House!

We had a great time and loved the house. The communication was fantastic, the house was amazing, and the location was a dream. We appreciated all the amenities the owner had on hand so we could take full advantage of the beach life! We hope to return next summer.

Great place!

Perfect for our family/friend party of 7. Lots of room, great decks, well stocked kitchen, clean. Super close to the beach, food and fun! Well stocked garage with bikes and beach equipment. The bikes were well maintained, which doesn’t happen all the time. Would highly recommend. We’ve come to Pierpont for the last 13 years or so. This rental is high on the list.

Cozy Home! Great Location!

This home had everything we needed for a fun get away with our 3 teen/young adult boys and our dog! Plenty of room for the boys friends to visit us during our stay! The outdoor shower was perfect to clean up our pup after our beach walks with her! Steps to the beach, clean, and stocked with all of the necessities! Michelle was amazing and super responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house; Great location

My family has been vacationing in Ventura for many years. This property is by far our favorite place to stay. There is plenty of room for all of us: myself and my two daughters' families. It is only a few houses from the beach, has plenty of beach supplies, and seating for the beach, inside the house, and the back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked and the kitchen table is perfect for our family game nights. The hot tub is an extra bonus to relax in after a day at the beach.

Relaxing perfection

I loved this vacation! Stayed a week at Michelle’s beach house, some days was just me, others were spent with family and friends. The listing does not do justice to the views, the cozy and homey beach vibe and the safety I felt staying here. It was a perfect week! Did not have kids or pets but this house could/would accommodate all! Michelle was amazing with her clear instruction and available if needed.

This was the best house we've ever rented. It had everything we could have needed, and more. It's located 3 houses from the beach, and we could hear the waves when we were going to sleep at night. The kitchen is very well equipped with dinnerware, cups, utensils, coffee makers, bowls and pans, and so much more. The upstairs (living area) was light and airy with huge windows. The whole house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of extra bedding and towels. So many beach towels. A TV in every room.Beach bikes, sand toys, paddle boards and more in the garage. Parking for four cars in front (a rarity in the Pierpont area).Amazing backyard with a spa, gas firepit, grill, and dining table. The small family room at the back of the lower level was perfect for the kids.Working with the property manager Michelle was great. She was very responsive, and very helpful when we left some items behind.Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience all around.

Perfect (Beach) Home Away from Home

We LOVED the week we recently spent at this awesome beach house! It was the perfect home base for a fun but very relaxing family vacation with our teenage/young adult children. The house is located just a few steps from the beach and bike/running/walking paths; minutes/walking distance to cute local restaurants; and a short drive to downtown Ventura, the harbor, the freeway and all amenities (gas, grocery store, etc.). The house itself was super cozy, bright, clean, spacious and well appointed. Some “extras” that we really appreciated were the hot tub, outside shower (with hot water!), and multiple car parking spots (which allowed our children to bring their cars, and friends/families to conveniently visit for the day). The house layout was awesome too - while the kids had their own space downstairs, we spent a lot of family time together in the living/dining area (main floor), and the master room on the top floor was perfect for my husband and me. Last but not least, the property manager, Michelle, was very communicative, responsive and lovely to engage with from beginning to end. She provided detailed and helpful information throughout the process and was super quick in responding to questions. We are definitely looking forward to returning!

Awesome !!!

We went to Ventura for our family vacation this year, myself, husband , 2 adult sons , daughter in law, my mom (78) and her little dog! This house is amazing !! The bottom is 2 bedrooms and bathroom and laundry and a living room that leads to the back yard where mom would chill and read her book! We bbqd & had dinners out there A couple nights! The main floor is the living area and your eyes go everywhere it’s decorated so cute you won’t believe it, I especially loved the kitchen, omg they have absolutely everything you need and more and it’s just so awesome !! The top floor is where my husband and I slept. It’s a full loft with bathroom and deck, also so cute and huge ! This house exceeded our expectation! We walked the dog daily and the neighbors are great too,it’s a safe neighborhood for sure ! The thing I will say is there is tar on the beach so when you get back to the house we placed a chair Inside the back gate where there is a little cleaning bucket to wipe your feet clean before entering the house, It was a habit for us, we’d all say check your feet before entering the house hahaha ! We didn’t want to leave we loved the house so much ! Thank you for a wonderful stay !
