Mystic Beach House... Your personal Beach & Bay getaway!

Welcome to our beautiful beach house! We have worked very hard to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay!

We know you will enjoy the bright open floor plan as well as the premium beds and bedding, well-stocked kitchen, and a wonderful fenced in yard for games, grilling, and relaxing by the fire pit. The home is 3 beds 2.5 baths, (this includes a king bedroom with on-suite, a California King bedroom, and a bunkroom that sleeps 4).

This house is conveniently located, only an 8-minute walk, to public beach access (10 and 11). We are also only 2 blocks away from the public dock and ramp for quick bay access. Additionally, this house is a 4-minute drive or 1.4 miles from St. Andrews State Park, where there are beautiful places to snorkel, paddle boat, kite surf, swim, picnic or take the ferry to Shell Island. Mystic is also close to restaurants and local bars, but still in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

The beach house on Mystic truly has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We have plenty of beach gear as well a sand friendly cart for you walk everything to the beach for a great vacation. We look forward to your visit!

Well maintained and cool little house

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and easily accessible. Well furnished. Good location to restaurants and the owners were very nice and helpful.

Best little beach house!

My family had an amazing time staying here! Everything we needed was here and so many extras! The beds are so comfy as was the couch! The beach is a quick walk to access point 11. The owners are amazing and so friendly! Will stay again!

Perfect house for Grouo

We had a great time. Everything was seamless and easy and the house was just as described. The owner was so friendly and responded to any questions we had immediately. The kitchen was so amazingly stocked we had everything we needed and the rooms were perfect. Overall this was an amazing stay.

Biltmore Beach July 2022

Our stay at Anne’s Biltmore House in Panama City Beach was absolutely AWESOME! From booking, communication with Anne, and our arrival, the stay was perfect! The house is nicely stocked with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves at the house and at the beach. The house is located on a quiet street minutes from the beach and lagoon and restaurants. Easily on the list for the future and recommended to other friends as well.

A Gem in PCB!

Our stay at the Mystic Beach House was nothing short of a dream. The fully stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor areas, and overall beach ambiance of the home perfectly complemented our family. The backyard shed contained all the beach equipment one could need. The TVs were logged into most streaming services and available for use. There were two grilling options: propane or charcoal. The beds, along with the rest of the house, were comfortable and clean. Among all the wonderful aspects of the home, the owners were the most impeccable part of our stay. They were readily available via phone or text to address any issues that arose. We feel so blessed to find this gem here in PCB & look forward to future stays!

Perfect place in PCB!

Exceptional property! Very clean! Hosts were extremely kind and helpful! The location was perfect! We have stayed at quite a few other homes but none as well taken care of as this one! Can't wait to book again!

Clean, comfortable and a quiet location. Very happy

Easy renting process, we were only 2 blocks away from the beach which was awesome. Place was plenty big enough for us and our 5 kids. Overall a 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future

Lovely stay

We stayed here over the three day weekend with our in-laws and kids. Loved the property and it had everything we needed for our stay. It’s only a short walk/drive to the beach. The man who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again in the future.

Great Stay

I had a great experience! We got to meet the owners our first day and they were excellent and some of the nicest people who gave us a great tour and made sure to accommodate any needs we had during our stay. The neighbors were amazing and great to talk to as well! Overall the house was spotless and super nice! Plenty of space for everyone in our party and we had a great week! The beach is a good 8 minute walk but the neighbors showed us the best place to go on the beach where it wasn’t too crowded and we could park if we decided to drive! Everyone was in love with the house and if I get to come again next year I would definitely choose to stay here again just because of how nice the house is and how great the owners were!

Great place! Great hosts!

The house was great! It was nice and clean, most of the necessities were stocked, we had an issue that the owners came and fixed ASAP, and the backyard was nice and big with lots of seating. I would definitely stay here again! Rob and Anita are great hosts!!

Loved it!

The house was amazing, but the backyard stole the show! Very short walk to the beach and would gladly stay here again in the future! The homeowner was also very nice and easy to reach.

Phenomenal place!

My friends and I had a very good time at this property! Very nice inside and outside with a great private backyard for activities. We were also in walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Will never forget this stay!

This two-story house has parking for 2 cars and a motorcycle. It has steps to the front door and once you are inside it has 9 steps to the top floor and 9 steps to the first level. There is also a side door with no steps to the first level.

On the first level, there are two bedrooms, a King bedroom and a bunk room (twin over full with trundle) with a desk area that sleeps four. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. Also, across from the laundry area is an under the stairway closet with beach gear for your use. This floor has an additional entrance on the left side of the house.

The upper level has the master bedroom with en-suite, two separate closet areas, and a computer/ work desk area. The half bath is in the hallway and there is a utility closet.

The kitchen, dining and living room areas take up the remaining space. French doors open up to an upper balcony area where there are table and chairs. This is a lovely spot to enjoy coffee or a bite to eat.

The roomy kitchen is equipped for the person who enjoys cooking. There is also a Keurig coffee maker for that convenient morning coffee.

The yard is spacious and has a beautiful lounge- sitting area. There is a new gas grill for grilling and a lovely picnic area and fire pit. There are also outdoor games for your enjoyment as well. There are smart televisions in every bedroom and a nice big screen TV for movie nights in the living room.

For rainy days, we have board games and a small library for your pleasure.
