This 3,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3-bath mountain home is nestled on the Dalton Ranch Golf Course, offering breathtaking golf course and mountain views from walls of windows. Located just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort, it’s the perfect year-round getaway.
The home is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space to spread out across two spacious living rooms, large bedrooms, and a flexible layout that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Perfect for up to 3 families, this home features:
A huge sectional sofa that seats 8 (or 10 cozy guests)
Dining table that seats up to 12 with extension—great for meals, puzzles, and game nights
A large master suite with space for extra beds
A yoga/office room with 2 twin beds (serves as a 4th bedroom)
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home
Sonos speakers throughout
High-speed WiFi (300 Mbps) with full signal coverage
