OCEANFRONT Condo, Just Steps to the Ocean

Beach, Beach, Beach! Best When you think of your next beach vacation, think of our newly renovated - clean and whimsical condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico’s white sandy beaches.

SeaGate 204 is a spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condominium unit on the beach sleeps 8 in Indian Shores, FL.

Special features of the house include a newly renovated master bedroom, including an en-suite bathroom. The main living area is spacious and inviting opening into the kitchen and looking out over the balcony. Another special feature is a balcony attached to the master bedroom and main living area, with a fabulous view from the 2nd floor of the condominium, the warm sun beams directly in.

Each bedroom has something special. In the master bedroom - there is an amazing view from its private balcony, in the front room - there are two full beds- that sleep up to four people. In the additional guest bedroom - there is a full bed and private room.

There are two spacious bathrooms - the en suite bathroom attached to the master and opening to the main living area; and an ensuite bathroom attached to the front room with a double vanity and a spacious stall shower.

There is a washer and dryer available, and we simply ask that you follow the instructions provided.

Sea Gate 204 is directly on Gulf Blvd in Indian Shores, Florida. It is perfectly located; steps away from the ocean and favorite local restaurants, close enough for a quick drive to your favorite seafood restaurant or watering hole.

Imagine the sound of waves gently lapping on the shore and the most gorgeous sunsets mother nature has to offer. Sit back and soak in the panoramic views offered from the spacious balcony.

Our condo has everything that you will need; a fully-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, knives, etc... comfortable furnishings, full size washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI and a TV’s in the main living area and master bedroom.

Finally, there is pool accessible to residents of the Sea Gate Condominium - and an outdoor shower at the edge of the beach so you can wash the sand and salt water off before coming back inside to relax with your favorite beverage.

Quiet area

Condo was just as described and very spacious! We were pleased with everything that was provided. The beach was very quiet and not crowded at all. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was perfection!

The kitchen pots and pans need replacing. More mixing bowls and spatula. The place needs a some TLC.

Ceiling fans in every room and a few luggage racks in each closet would be wonderful. Definitely more hand towels and bath towels are needed. Overall the location is great, the beach is perfect and the living room furniture is very comfortable! Can’t forget that big dinning room table. Accommodated everyone and great for games!

Family getaway

Property was on the beach, family oriented and quiet. Was worried with it being spring break it may be crazy but wasn’t at all.

Snowbirds

We've been snowbirding for 19 years. This condo unit is in a quiet building. Great location. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen appliances need upgrade but were functional. Pots and pans in terrible condition. Loved our stay. We were there 8 weeks. Property manager quick to respond to issues.

Beautiful beach property

This condo is located on a beautiful section of the beach! The walkable white sand beach stretches for miles in either direction. We enjoyed the sand volleyball right in front of the building, watching fishermen on the beach, and especially sunsets from the balcony. Our children also enjoyed the pool which had sufficient pool chairs. We found a few pool noodles and beach toys in the condo which was a plus. We were pleased to find 2 gas grills in addition to the charcoal ones mentioned in the property description. We never had to wait for a grill. The kitchen was well equipped for the simple meals we prepared. There were even some coffee filters, salt, pepper, and olive oil in the cupboards along with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, grilling tools, etc. The couches in the living room appeared to be new and were very comfortable power recliners. The king size bed in the master bedroom was also comfortable. My children mentioned that their beds were noisy/squeaky. We were pleased to find lots of beach towels, bath towels, and extra blankets in the closet. Save room in your suitcase and don't pack beach towels! We made use of the large size washer and dryer. Communication with the owner was excellent. I contacted the owner during our stay when the wifi was not working. She quickly replied that Spectrum had an outage in the neighborhood and suggested a nearby coffee shop with wifi. The wifi was working again in a couple hours. Check-in was simple, and the key pad to lock the door was great for our family instead of keys. Overall, it was a great stay and very comfortable for our family of 6. Some additional amenities could be added to make it even more comfortable, such as a waste basket in the front bathroom, a shower curtain that would let some light into the shower, more rugs by the entry to put shoes and trap the sand, and more beach chairs (there were 2 in the unit or cabanas for rent for $30/day). Also, only the basics in terms of paper products and soap were provided. There was only ONE kitchen trash bag in the unit, no laundry soap, no paper towel or napkins, 3 lamps were even without bulbs, and we had to go out and buy a 9-v battery for the smoke detector that was chirping our second day there. These were minor hassles, quickly rectified with a run to the store. Overall it was a great vacation and I'd recommend this property.

Beautiful Beach, Quiet Location

Our overall experience was nice. The beach was beautiful with nice white sand and not too crowded like other beaches. The view was beautiful with amazing sunsets. Check in was flawless/contactless which was great! It’s in great proximity to Clearwater or St. Petersburg for day trips. We were disappointed about the cleanliness of the condo. The floor was dirty, silverware not fully cleaned, hair on the rugs, and light switches that didn’t work. For a “Newly Updated” listing we were disappointed. There were also outlet plates missing. Overall, a nice quieter location for a family.
