This is our latest collaboration....Location Location Location! Imagine your home just steps to the ocean with white sand between your toes and glowing emerald water. Relax at the world renown - Fort Myers Beach - just 200 steps from your doorstep via our deeded beach entrance. Please note the if you need a same day check in - ask us - VRBO will say it is not possible, but if the apartment is ready we can accomodate you.

Upon entering the apartment, you immediately feel the calming ambiance of the decor featuring blues, greys, and whites - the perfect accompaniments to the ocean. You have found your "zen"....

Relish in the quiet morning sunrise while sipping a fresh brewed cup of coffee and soak up the rays of the warm Florida sun and enjoy dining with a romantic BBQ. At night, appreciate the amazing sunsets of golden oranges and pinks while chatting with a glass of wine. This charming couples oasis is actually about 500 square feet.

The unique decor sets your vacation home apart from all the others. Appreciate all the details. Enjoy the guilty pleasure of watching a little Netflix as you cuddle up on the couch. Cook up some fish tacos with your complete kitchen.Two guests will actually fit comfortably with 1 king bed. High quality linens and towels complement your plush cooling memory foam mattresses. Sink into the 14" memory foam with pillow top well appointed king bed.

During the day, ride the trolley or walk the boardwalks over tidal lagoons to Lovers Key State Park - voted one of the best beaches in America! Kayak around the mangroves, or rent a boat to explore the many beaches and private islands.

At night you savor the samplings of the international restaurant scene of Fort Myers or Naples.

We are located mid-island, so you can walk to everything from here or take the trolley. Bike paths make it an enjoyable ride. Parking is available on-site. This unit is located in a multifamily home.

We are also located just two blocks from the Mound House which is an interesting tour along with access to a kayak drop. Matanzas Pass is in this location as well that features a scenic nature walk along the bay.

We rent to mature adults and families only. A lease and photo id per VRBO will be required. This is a family friendly street and not suitable for a rowdy crowd.

Great Place

Stayed here the last week of April, weather was perfect. Accommodations where as advertised. The place was clean, comfortable and appeared to be completely remodeled. The only only suggestion i might add is that the electrical receptacles located near the night stands be changed out to ones that also have USB ports. People should also realize that the area was impacted by hurricane Ian in 2022 and is busy rebuilding. This did not have any impact on our stay with maybe the exception that traffic was a little bit more congested near the end of the day with construction traffic. Over all, we would definitely do it again tomorrow. Host was very attentive and easy to work with.

Great location as it’s 2 blocks to the beach & a near by lg food market.All tenants were friendly.

The apartment was quite roomy for a studio with very modern appliances. The Bed was exceedingly comfortable, and I really like being able to just walk out the door and be outside. The local neighbors were very friendly.

Great Hosts

Our hosts were incredibly flexible with helping us as our travel plans changed. The space itself was clean and beautiful and steps from the beach.

Perfect getaway for 2!

Super clean studio that was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Quite area and just a very very short walk to the beach! Definitely would stay here again!

This is a family collaboration of four generations! Grandfather, father, sons, and grandsons (grand daughter too) Every family member has contributed a part to making this property a home. We want to extend a warm welcome to all our guests and hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Location, location, location!!!! What else can we say! The property is located mid-beach. You have a quiet area to relax with your family, but if you want to be in the middle of the action then just head 5 minutes up the island. We are ideally located, close to the grocery, restaurants, the public water park, the trails, the library with sky view dining, and the bay. Trolley is a free and convenient way to get around if you do not want to walk or use one of the two bikes we have available to guests.
