Your Scottsdale Getaway awaits you with this wonderful poolside condo !

Welcome to this perfectly located condo to experience all Scottsdale has to offer. We take pride in our place and hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do! It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with split floor plan and vaulted ceilings so feels open and inviting. Wonderful community, beautifully landscaped and maintained, and also very friendly and peaceful. The pool is just steps from the unit and is visible from the kitchen / dining window. It’s also centrally located so you are only 5-15 minutes from everything in Scottsdale, or hop on the 101 freeway and be anywhere in the Greater Phoenix area within 30 minutes.

Our place is fully stocked for anything you’d need for your stay. Every guest so far has commented one of their favorite things was enjoying the peacefulness of the balcony. Of course, the heated pool and hot tub is the other favorite being just steps away. The tennis and pickleball courts are also just around the corner along the beautiful community greenbelt (walking ) path, which is perfect for a morning or sunset stroll. If you enjoy a longer walks, you are not far from the Indian Bend Greenbelt walking/bike trail.

This condo is in a prime location - feels private, yet has easy access to the 101 freeway. You will definitely appreciate all the restaurants and shopping close by. Old Town Scottsdale is just 10 minutes away as well.

A five-star stay all around! Tonya, the host, was very friendly and very responsive and accessible, and checked in off and on to make sure we had everything we needed and there were no issues. The condo is as nicer or nicer than the photos, it feels very spacious, the views are pretty, the bed was comfy, and there was every comfort you could need. Location is ideal--both in terms of Scottsdale and within the complex. It was great looking out on the pool, but wasn't too close to be noisy. And a bonus--we heard an owl every night! Just an excellent experience.

Remote work... home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Tonya's place in Scottsdale. The place was perfect for us. Clean, tastefully decorated, close to everything and friendly neighbors. Tonya is a great host, very responsive and attentive to everything we needed. Already planning our return trip!

Bright and open

We rented for one month. The layout of the condo is really well done; very open and bright. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We loved having the pool view, we used the pool and hot tub and they are at perfect temperature. The condo is in a friendly community, great location, quiet, and near golf, hiking, groceries, restaurants, and sports venues. Owner is very quick to respond to questions.

January Getaway

We were so comfortable in this unit. We enjoyed looking out at the pool, enjoyed sitting on the deck when it was warm enough, and really appreciated how proactive and responsive the owner was. It is well appointed and stocked. We’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Everything we needed was there and it felt like home. And very comfortable. We especially liked the new reclining sofa and loveseat and the glider on the balcony. And thanks for the pool noodles and pickleball paddles. The location and community were perfect. But most of all, we appreciated that you were always available to answer questions or provide assistance, from the time we booked and throughout our stay.

Quiet and comfortable.

The condo was very clean and very quiet. Great location next to restaurants grocery stores. We enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. Also Tonya the owner was very nice very accommodating to any questions or needs that came up during our stay. She was very easy to get a hold of and responded back quickly. Really enjoyed our stay and we will hope to get this condo again if we end up coming back to Scottsdale.. Highly recommended.

A Gem in Scottsdale

This is a wonderfully appointed condo in a very friendly community. 2nd floor with easy access to the pool. Nice sized bedrooms and baths. We cooked a fair amount and there was the right equipment for the job. The location is superior. Walk to restaurants, grocery and easy access to 101 to get you to everything Phoenix has to offer. Tonya is a great host - very responsive (not that we had any issues).

Wonderful apartment

I can not say enough good things about our stay. Tonya is a great host -extremely attentive and responsive. The unit was sparkling clean upon arrival. She even notified us that we were able to enter a few hours earlier than planned. The unit itself is even better than descriped- it has a very open and airy feel. The linens are wonderful. Unit overlooks pool and has a wonderful furnished patio. Tennis and pickle ball courts always available. We loved the location.- 10-15 minute drive from hikes, downtown Scottsdale, fountain Hills, walking distance to shops and restaurants and green belt. 20 minutes from airport.

It's perfectly situated in an older, but extremely well kept area with lush greenery and modern appeal. It's also near anything and everything you can need or want and easy access to the freeway. Feels like home even though it's a second home.
