🚭 No smoking inside or on the balcony — $250 fine per building policy.
🐾 No pets — $150 per day fee per building policy.
👟 Remove ski and snow boots at the door to protect the floors.
🏊 Please return pool towels to the unit when finished.
🌂 No towels or items over the balcony bannister — use chairs or tables.
🔑 Leave your key on the kitchen counter at checkout. $10 fee for lost keys.
🗑️ Please tidy up, take out trash, and remove all personal items before leaving.
🪟 Lock all windows and doors when heading out.
💡 Turn off lights and fans. Set heat to 55°F or turn off AC when leaving.
🔧 Please report any damages right away — we understand accidents happen and will always work with you fairly.
