Feel at home in the mountains in this rustic-style one bedroom condo at the Lodge at Lincoln Station. Enter this 2nd floor condo and find the full bath on your left, a spacious closet to your right and your living/dining area straight ahead. A few steps forward, you'll see the kitchen along the left wall, with dining table and seating for four within arm's reach. Beyond is a cozy electric fireplace below the flat screen TV. Straight ahead you'll see the comfortable sleep sofa by the slider to the spacious deck with mountain views. To the right, find a bright bedroom with queen bed and another TV and spacious closet.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has built-in air conditioning in the living room.
Cleaning fee includes laundry fee.

Place was great for our family! Comfortable, offered a lot and great location close to everything we wanted to do. We spent a whole day on the river which was so awesome being right behind the place. We will definitely being staying here again.

Fantastic location. Super close to all Lincoln-Woodstock spots. Well kept property with solid indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, men and women’s saunas. Arcade is dated and overpriced, no pinball! Cozy stay in a hotel style property, will book again.

Perfect

We love staying at The Lodge when we visit.. This unit did not disappoint. 1 bed one level unit on second floor. So charming in decor. Comfy couch and bed! Deck looks over the parking lot but look up and you see beautiful mountains all your basic needs included in unit. We would book here again in a heart beat. Excellent location walking distance to eating, drinking and some activities. Also a short distance. To many sights and hiking trails. Can’t wait to come back

Weekend getaway

The property was nice it could have used some updates. The unit was nice a lot smaller than the pictures made it look. The cleaning crew could have done a better job with the bathtub cleaning. The floor of the tub looked dirty. There was a piece of clothing that was left behind the bedroom door. We were surprised to see the soiled shirt since it looked like they vacuumed the bedroom floor and made the bed. Cleanliness is important and we have to say it may have been overlooked in certain areas.

Unit itself was very clean & well-stocked although more towels would be needed for a longer stay. This unit does NOT have a dishwasher; not an issue for us at all, but we were amused that the cleaners still left us dw pods.

Lighting stunk because there was no overhead lighting. AC was only in the living room and with no ceiling fans to push the air around the bedrooms were to hot for sleeping. We really enjoyed Pub 32 which was within walking distance. Flapjacks was great too but get there when they open or it is a long wait.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire experience was very pleasant. The accommodation was more than ample for one person. I do find some of the exit rules to be a bit imposing. For instance, I do find the removal of one's trash from the premises to be a housekeeping function and not a guest function. To solicit and expect a gratuity, it ought to be expected that the removal of trash is part of the responsibility of the housekeeping team. Overall, that was a small annoyance and I would recommend the facility and also book the facility again.
