More than enough space for us! We had 11 adults and 3 children. Really enjoyed having our own pool and the ability to use waterpark/arcade. Host stayed in communication and was very available for anything needed! Would definitely stay again!

My family and I have been coming to this area yearly for the past 15 to 20 years and this by far was the best experience all around staying at a VRBO property. The property appeared as it was pictured in the listing. The owner was awesome at communicating and checking in with us. We had one small issue with the pool that was out of the owners control, but it was still addressed immediately. I can’t sing their appraisers enough by how accommodating they were. I don’t say this often, but if you were to book with this owner and property, I guarantee you would not be disappointed. We also thoroughly enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. The resort was very strict regarding security but we appreciated this, and it made us feel secure and safe. We will definitely book with this owner again in the future.

The home was exactly as described and looked exactly as the booking pictures showed. The home had plenty of room for our group of 14. Any needs/questions we had were responded too very promptly. It was so nice to have a pool and extras for it at the house. The amenities within the community were definitely a bonus!! The location was great as far as distance to Universal/Disney. Not a bad drive to the beach either! The owner/cleaning team were wonderful to us as we left an important item behind, they were prompt in getting it in the mail to us! If your thinking about booking this home, do it… you’re sure to to satisfied!

This home was amazing. We have been to this area yearly for 12 years. This by far was the best home we have stayed in. Very clean. Very comfortable seating. The home was equipped so well for babies. It had a crib, two high chairs, play pens. The free bbq use was a major plus for us. We will be staying here again.

We had a great stay at this location. The owner responded quickly each time we messaged. The house easily fit all 17 of us with a bed to spare. The week we were there it was a little chilly so we were grateful for the warm pool and a hot hot tub! It’s a nice, short walk to the clubhouse and our family enjoyed multiple rounds of mini putt and the lazy river.

We enjoyed our time at this house, but there were a lot of things we were very disappointed in. First thing when we got there the host had stated that we had 2 hours after check in to check the house and notify them of any issues which didn’t take long to see. Considering the fact that the house had back to back bookings the kitchen was not cleaned well. There was a large amount of dust on all three pendant lights above the kitchen island, on top of the refrigerator and the kitchen cabinets haven’t been wiped down in a long time based on the amount of dust and grime on them. The coffee maker was not cleaned and there was no coffee grinder which I was told by the host there would be. We noticed that the air-conditioning wasn’t cooling well upstairs and upon inspection of the returns for the air conditioning we found them to be caked with dust and nasty. the technicians came out the next day to check it and we were told that that would be taken care of when they do a deep clean ??? The ice maker didn’t work till the last day of our stay therefore we had to go buy bags of ice for the week. The cleaners had left the bathroom towels rolled up on the foot of every bed to look nice but unfortunately they were all still wet so we had to take all of them and toss them in the dryer. The kitchen is inadequately furnished for the size of groups that the house is built for. There was only one dish towel with no dish cloths. Host response was ok initially but went away mid stay.

This is not the standard we aim to provide, especially with back-to-back bookings, and we are addressing these concerns directly with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure this does not happen again. The dust, kitchen condition, and A/C vent buildup you described are unacceptable, and we take that very seriously. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience with the ice maker, towels, and missing kitchen items. Your comments about the kitchen being under-equipped for larger groups and the lack of basic supplies are very helpful, and we will be making improvements based on this feedback. Regarding communication, we apologize if you felt support dropped off during your stay—that’s not the experience we want any guest to have. We are reviewing our processes to ensure consistent and timely follow-up throughout every stay. We’re glad you still chose our home and gave us the opportunity to host you, and we truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Incredible stay! We recently visited for 14 nights with a family of 14. We couldn’t be more impressed with the accommodation as a whole, amenities, complex, rooms, cleanliness on arrival, communication with the owner and more! If you are visiting as a big family the home is spacious enough for everyone. We never felt like we were on top of each other or had enough space etc. Everything was clean on arrival, including fresh towels in all the bathrooms. Couldn’t be more happy with the holiday. The complex on site is also a great addition. With a huge pool, kids splash park, x2 big slides and lazy river

My family and come for my mom’s 50th birthday. Everything about the house was beautiful. The host was very nice . Quick to respond and would recommend to stay here to family and friends

Great Vacation!!

Everything was as pictured! The host was helpful and quick to answer any questions! We loved this house and everything about it. It was beautiful and perfect for our family.
