Have zero complaints about this place. Checking in was a breeze and communication with host was great. All pictures are accurate, and loved that plenty of towels were provided for us. Will definitely recommend

The house was great. Perfect for our family get away. The gate house to get in was a little difficult to deal with as we had to stop at the gate each time which had a long like and took a while. However the property itself was excellent and our toddler loved the play room. We would definitely stay here again.

A playroom that wins over a toddler is the key to the whole family's vacation! Thanks for your patience with the gate line, which we've noted for future guests. We'd love to have the family back!

house was great location for DIsney- very large, comfortable. Would recommend. Host outstanding. reachable and in contact to make sure all OK. resort property amenities super fun, if we had had more time to enjoy and very great for those with smaller children. Our teens loved the arcade room in the house.

Disney trips move fast, so having a comfortable home base nearby makes all the difference — glad this one delivered! Great to hear the teens claimed the arcade room and that the resort amenities added extra fun even on a tight schedule. Our team will be thrilled to hear their check-ins helped things run smoothly. Thank you for the recommendation, and we'd love to host your family's next Disney adventure with more time to enjoy it all.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house while we visiting Disney for several days. The house was perfect for our 9-year old daughter (she loved the game room, pool and various room decor!) and our 21-month old (she loved the playroom!). We truly enjoyed the open space and quiet neighborhood.

We stayed for five days with our family of 9. Everything was wonderful. It was clean, lots of towels for both the bathrooms and use for the pool, and plenty of dishes. The clubhouse area is a nice perk. My only advice is give yourself lots of time if leaving to go out. The traffic is heavy but that’s true all around the theme park areas. We would stay again.

While we made the best of our time at Shadow Mountain, there is a lot that could be improved upon in comparison to other homes we’ve stayed in. This house needs some TLC and a good deep clean. The carpet is so worn on the stairs going upstairs the you could see/feel the mesh backing. The curtains by the sliding door had water stains and was filthy. The children’s play area upstairs was a great idea, but was poorly executed - it had nails popping out and the slide looked like it was going to buckle in half when our 2 year old would slide down. The pots and pans & cooking sheets were very worn and one was missing part of a handle. The lack of attention to detail was apparent in this house.

It's great to hear your family made the most of your time at the home, and we appreciate the thorough notes on where it fell short. We're sorry the home's condition didn't reflect the attention to detail you should be able to expect. Since your stay, we've replaced the carpet and completed a full deep clean. We've also shared your feedback about the kitchenware with the team responsible for the home so they can review and refresh it where needed. We've flagged the children's play area for a careful inspection, as nothing matters more to us than families feeling comfortable in the home. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to host your family again on a future visit.

Everything went well at this property. You all were prompted with all questions I had and was very timely answering my questions. Except we had a problem with thw pool lights. None of them worked at all and the adults in my party wanted to hang out in the pool but we couldn't do to no lights at all. I spoke with your customer service and they said they were going to have someone come out and they never did. They my last answer I got was it wouldn't be done until Monday, our vacation ended today. We were a little upset about that. But the kids enjoyed themselves they had a ball. And about the spa my party wanted it and I forgot you property so t offer it but a certain time if year. They were will to pay to have the spa turned on. Now we know ever property is different. Some homes will cut on there spa in the summer months. We will have to consider that the next time because they really wanted the spa to be heated.

Thank you for the review, and we're glad the kids had such a great time and that our team was quick to respond to your questions along the way. We're sorry about the pool lights — being told someone would come out and then not having it resolved before your trip ended isn't the follow-through we want, and both the lighting issue and the service delay have been passed along to our team. We appreciate your note about the spa availability as well; that's helpful for us to communicate more clearly upfront. We hope to have the opportunity to host your group again!
