The apartment is well-equipped. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a nice furnished TERRACE.
To make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fan, Bed linen, Towel, Oven.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

You will stay in the heart of the city's hypercenter and close to all amenities: various bars, restaurants, shops...
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Supermarket Casino," 110 m from the apartment. The Centre Bourse shopping center is also 17 minutes away.
You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

Tourist sites and attractive places that make the reputation of the Phocaean city are ideally located NEAR the apartment, there are some that are accessible on foot! During your vacations, visit :

## Emplacement
The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander.
The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis. The public transportation is very dense in the 1st district, so the whole city is easily accessible from this place.
