We are located on the penthouse floor offering expansive views of Hogue Channel, Batista Island and beyond. Enjoy the serenity of it all from your screened, private balcony. Numerous sea birds call Batista Island home, and the channel is full of sea life. Over the course of your stay you will likely see dolphins & manatees swimming in the channel along with egrets, blue heron, & ibis feeding in and around the mangroves. At times, a Bald Eagle and a Spoonbill have also been seen and of course Pelicans & Osprey are numerous.
During any time of the day there is ample boat traffic on the channel. This condo is in a “slow speed zone” in the channel so there is plenty of opportunity to watch them go by.
The evening views are spectacular once the cityscape beyond the island lights up. Also, during your stay, you will have the opportunity to see picturesque sunrises and moonrises from the balcony or rooftop deck located right outside of your front door.
Once you are ready to head to the beach it is merely a short walk across the street to the deeded beach access, and you are on one of the most beautiful gulf beaches in all southwest Florida. The birdlife is extensive, this part of the gulf is home to pods of dolphins and the shelling will rival Sanibel Island. It is so relaxing any time of the day, from early morning to the day’s fabulous sunset. All the beach gear you need is supplied; chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and a cart to carry it all.
This well-appointed unit is located on the 5th floor of a 15 unit condominium building. The elevator is right outside of your front door however there two staircases should you decide to get some exercise :).

All you need for your dream vacation is provided in this two bedroom, two bathroom, 1,100 sq. ft. condominium. In the main area there is a large screen TV, secured, high-speed wireless internet, and plenty of living room seating. Should you decide to entertain, there is a dining table that will comfortably seat six and a built-in bar. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an ice maker double range, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a full sized washer and dryer located in a laundry closet so you won't spend your vacation doing laundry in a small washer & dryer.
The spacious master bedroom offers sweeping views of the channel and Batista island. There is a king sized bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. For your convenience there is a desk & printer to set up a computer to keep in touch…if you want to.
The guest area which can be closed off from the rest of the condo for privacy includes a guest room with a gulf view, queen bed, flat screen TV and a full closet. There is a full bathtub/shower combination in the guest bathroom.
We have provided plenty of games, puzzles, books for your enjoyment inside and for your outdoor activities, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and coolers located in the separate outdoor locker. There is a charcoal grill for use in the yard only.
The condominium has a heated swimming pool and an assigned parking spot for your vehicle.
