From the moment you walk into this immaculate condo the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views hit you! Gulf views from your Master Bedroom (a wonderful view to wake up to and you can be lulled to sleep by the waves each night!) complete with large walk-in closet. Open concept floorplan allowing for the maximum views from the great room, kitchen, and dining rooms! Daily sunsets and dolphin shows from your screened balcony complete with storm shutters. Just 4 floors down to sink your toes in the sugar sand of BONITA BEACH!

After a long day out at the beach, there’s no better place to sit back and relax than in the living room, which has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, and access to the covered patio area. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Casa Bonita I is located with walking distance to trolley public transportation and Big Hickory Marina and Grille. It’s less than 30 minutes to RSW airport and only about a 15-20 minute drive to shopping and dining at Coconut Point Mall in Bonita Springs.
The perfect location...nearby restaurants, rent a boat/jet-ski to explore the Gulf/ Back Bay waterways, and a short drive to fine dining/shopping at the Coconut Point & Mercato Malls.

We had the most amazing 4 days at this condo! I’ve been coming to Casa Bonita 1 since I was a kid and this time around was so impressed with the property updates. Nothing beats this location and quiet and private property!! Will definitely be coming again soon!

Absolutely amazing stay! This was our first time using Vrbo, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The host was incredible—super responsive, helpful, and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect.The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy. The location on a quiet stretch of beach made it even more relaxing, and the assigned parking spot was a huge plus.We truly felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

What an incredible location!! Right on the beach with stunning sunset views. The unit is on the 4th floor of a lovely condo complex right on the gulf on Big Hickory Island. Parking is easy. The check in process and communication with our host Maria were excellent.

Toilet in master bathroom did not work.Sink in master bathroom would not drain because drain plug could not be opened after closing it. Light in master bedroom did not work. Unit was not very clean. Porch screen had holes in it, which can let bugs in.

We stayed for a week. This location is wonderful. Beautiful beach and very quiet. Plenty of nice or casual dining nearby and convenient to groceries etc. Owner is very responsive to any questions. The property needs updating. Most everything is very old. Lots of exposed electrical cords running everywhere. Someone needs to come in and streamline the kitchen etc. way too many dishes and appliances and plastic cups etc. The drapes need to be closed in the summer for the nesting sea turtles but the drapes are way too sheer. Rather than roll the exterior storm shutters up and down ( very heavy and difficult) we closed what drapes are there and left all the lights off inside after 8:30 pm. Be sure to get the code to access the pool and beach.Parking is reserved and very handy to the condo. All in all it was a nice week and the place, although worn, was comfy for us. Just don’t expect new. Only the washer and dryer are updated.

Amazing property at an amazing location between Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach. Beautiful ocean views from a large 4th story balcony with dining table and numerous chairs. Footsteps from a pool that is right on the beach!!! Great seashell hunting and saw manatees and dolphins from the balcony/beach. Very secluded and peaceful vibes. Bunkbeds in the second room were cute and great for our kids. Everything was great. We will definitely come back!

Maria was by far the most communicative host we've had. So quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and couldn't have asked for a better location!

Location is wonderful. Communicating with Maria was great checking in. Was super easy. The condo is dated pictures on the wall or crooked. The condo was clean, but could’ve been cleaner. The listing did state there was a king size bed. Upon arrival I realized that it was a queen bed. I contacted Maria and let her know that the listing said it was a king size bed. She apologized and said she was going to update the information on the listing which she did. If I would’ve known it was a queen bed I would have not rented the condo. I wish she would have offered some kind of financial compensation but she didn’t offer and I didn’t ask. Once again, a beautiful location and the building itself has been remodeled, but the condo is very dated and does not have a king size bed. I would not rent this condo again. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left and I have rented several times using VRBO.
