Nestled within 11 minutes of both Hunter and Windham Mountains, there’s no better location in the Catskills. Within 5-15-minutes are countless hiking trails, lakes, kayaking, fishing streams, mountain biking, golf, amusement parks, and of course skiing/snowboarding and tubing.

The pool is a private amenity for the 3-building complex (closes after Labor Day). Pool is open at the discretion of the HOA and we are not responsible for unexpected closures. Guests must agree to the pool rules. Many people visit nearby Colgate Lake or North-South Lake for swimming and other recreational activities.
