Enjoy a true Upstate New York experience at this updated Catskills farmhouse on l’Orangerie New York’s 18 acres, surrounded by fields, mature trees and nature views. Relax in our cedar hot tub, seasonal above ground pool, or by the two acre pond.

The property offers plenty of space to explore and games to play, while still being just 5 minutes from groceries, restaurants and other essentials. Also only 30 minutes to the Windham mountain ski area.

The farmhouse sits on 18 acres in the countryside, surrounded by open fields, mature trees and beautiful views.

The property includes the farmhouse, a large back deck with a cedar hot tub, a seasonal pool, and a two-acre pond. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax, explore and enjoy the property throughout the seasons.

The farmhouse is part of the l’Orangerie New York property, which also includes our event spaces and several other buildings. No weddings or private events take place during farmhouse rentals, although there may occasionally be scheduled tours of the greenhouse. These areas are separate from the guest accommodations and some are reserved for private use.

Guests have access to the entire farmhouse, back deck, pool area, pond and grounds surrounding the house.


We are available to answer questions at any time via the VRBO app, a phone call or a text. We may occasionally be tending to the grounds during your visit. We respect your privacy and will keep our distance, but please feel free to flag us down if you need any recommendations, have questions, or just want to say hello!

The greenhouse, garage, sheds, service building and the fenced area surrounding the barn are not available to guests.

The farmhouse is located on the grounds of l’Orangerie New York. No weddings or private events take place during farmhouse rentals, although there may occasionally be scheduled tours of the greenhouse.

Because the property is large and actively maintained, our grounds team may occasionally use the secondary driveway or work around the greenhouse and barn during your stay. We do our best to keep this as unobtrusive as possible.

The greenhouse and other non-guest buildings are private areas and are not available for self-guided access. If you’re interested in seeing the greenhouse or learning more about hosting an event at l’Orangerie, just let us know and we’d be happy to arrange a tour when possible.

The pool is seasonal and is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The cedar hot tub is available year-round.

The property is rural, so you may encounter wildlife, insects and uneven terrain while exploring the grounds.
