Joe has thought of everything! The house was better than described. The view was breath taking. The house was incredibly clean and well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about the house and hospitality. The island is laid back and low key. Go to relax and unwind. Everyone is very pleasant. We will be back

Great Stay

We had a lovely time. We traveled to Grand Turk with our 2 & 7 year old kids. The house had everything we needed, was clean, and in the perfect location. Our kids loved seeing the donkeys, we all enjoyed walks on the beach, trips around the island and great food at some of the local restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back in the future!

Wonderful

This Villa is in the best location, appears brand new, and is very clean. Our hosts were so thoughtful, accommodating, and really customized our stay. The car was a great addition to the rental. We will be back!

Great house

My husband and our two boys loved this house and its location. The rental car made it easy to explore the beaches on the island which we did almost every day. House is equipped with everything you need. We loved walking to Bohio for a drink or lunch. Hoping to make it back sometime. Really great vacation.

Paradise on earth

An amazing property in a fantastic location. House is modern, clean and comfortable. Beds and sofa are super comfy. Property is right on the beach and shell hunting was incredible. We felt safe at all hours and it was nice to see security and police patrol nonetheless. Another nice touch was having some of the basics waiting for us upon our arrival so we didn't have to run out and grab groceries right away. A/C was fantastic and kept the house at consistent temperatures regardless of outside temps. We will definitely be back!

Privacy and a well put together rental property

Villa Paradiso is just about perfect as a vacation rental gets. There is no attention to detail left unchecked. From the chairs and umbrellas for the beach, to the coolers, and a car to use to explore the island, the amenities were the best I have experienced. The property is very secluded and recently renovated with a large yard and private beach out back. The on-island hosts are always available, as are the mainland owners. Their responsiveness to our needs was within minutes and always resolved. The only downside of the property is the beach is not as swimmable as some of the beaches closer to town. This was not a problem as they provided a nice car which we used to drive to whatever beach we wanted to visit (Governors’ Beach is a must).

Indelible Memories Made

Our first visit to Turks & Caicos and we were uncertain of rolling the dice in favor of a smaller intimate experience in Grand Turk or in favor of the more expansive and developed Provo- we chose the former. Our 7 day trip was memorable- the property is amazing with a highly functional home on the beach and highlighted by the new pool. The kids (aged 14 - 20) had a terrific time. The intimacy of the island allowed for the 14 yr olds to safely and independently bike, and the solitude of the house and its beautiful setting allowed the 20 yr old to enjoy his space. The host, Joe, is amazing! Not only did he enable us to make our connection on the Provo-Grand Turk leg by calling in a favor with Caico Express, but he arranged for a nice dinner for us given the long day of travel from Boston. Joe was attentive throughout our stay and helped us connect with local tour providers and with restaurant reservations. As frequent vacationers, we have stayed in many rental properties and met many hosts- Joe’s attentiveness and attention to details and the beautiful property made this a truly memorable vacation for the family.

It truly is Paradise

Joe and Trish were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. Anita, the housekeeper, was there when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home and property. John and Sharon, J&S Taxi, awaited us at the airport and when one of our bags didn't make the flight, Sharon went back to the airport to pick up our luggage on the next flight and delivered it to us. The house is amazing, clean, has everything one would want: Stand Up Paddle boards that are also kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, bikes, helmets, everything you need in the kitchen and more. The bathroom towels were very fluffy and the master king bed was very, very comfortable. There were games, books - Joe and Trish have really thought of everything. Anita left us eggs and bacon and a few potatoes and a bottle of vodka to get us started - very nice. A great grocery store is nearby and having the car was wonderful as the house is close to town but you need a car or golf cart to get around the island. We enjoyed a Whale watching tour with Deep Blue Water Charters and saw a mother and calf - amazing! We used Exclusive water tours to go to Gibbs Bay and snorkeled with stingrays and sea turtles - getting out on the water is the best. We did a half day tour to Salt Cay which was interesting but not much there but snorkeling was great and has a very nice beach. We frequented Bahio Resort and Osprey Beach Hotel for meals out and cooked at the house as well. Everyone on the island is super friendly and with the car and bikes we explored every nook and cranny of the island. The view from the lighthouse is beaufiful. We visited the cruise center on our last day and the pool was nice and the swim up bar at Marguaritaville but too many people. Cruise ships are in T-F and gives the island a different feel than when not in port. Jack's Shack is Ok, expensive and full of cruisers. There is a great food truck with jerk, the Sandbar looks fun but we never made it there. We made sure we were at the house each night for sunset as the back porch is the perfect place to watch it. We enjoyed seeing the donkeys all over the island but especially their sunset parade right in front of the house with baby donkeys in tow. Covid results at Omnicare to get back to USA took 2 minutes.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING

If you love beautiful weather, amazing sunsets and an awesome laid back vacation, this is the place for you! My husband and I stayed at Villa Paradiiso for a month to get away from the Canadian winter. The house (home) was absolutely perfect, not one thing missing that you need to make you feel like your at your own home. Anita the property manager was excellent always there if we need anything. The island is very small but has everything you need. We experienced everything from hanging out at the cruise centre, drinking and enjoying an afternoon at Jacks Shack to the quiet of a home cooked meal with a beautiful sunset and even for lucky to see a few whales in the distance and always enjoyed the daily visits of the local donkeys. The swimming at the house is not the greatest, but very close by in one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in the Caribbean. Governors Beach is a hidden jewel never busy and if no ships in, you own private oasis. We rented a private boat and went to Gibbs island to swim with the stingrays, an absolutely must. Also Saturday night BBQ at Bohio is amazing great food, live music and great atmosphere. The biggest benefit is the car that comes with the home. You definitely need something to get around the island. It made the stay so more relaxing and gave us the opportunity to go wherever we wanted with no hassle. We will be back 100%

Our Family have traveled have traveled all over the Caribbean from all-inclusive resorts to private islands keeping an eye for that perfect place to spend retirement. We were even married in St Lucia! We found these destinations to be spectacular locations but either too secluded or too commercial. We found Grand Turk to have the perfect balance between the two. The Villa and the Island checked all our boxes and is truly a place to step back in time and loose track of time.

This is not a Tourist Center. If you are looking for a place to relax, unwind and reconnect, Grand Turk is the perfect choice. You can just sit outside on the covered porch or lay in the daybed on the beach and read a book or take a nap. Or, lounge on the beach and work on your tan. We are the last house on Northwest Shores. The next place north is miles away. It’s one of only a few beaches in the world where you will see more donkeys and horses than the occasional local beachcombers. The sunsets are truly spectacular and often last for more than an hour. Dining is excellent with several open air restaurants serving fresh seafood from the seafood market with outdoor dining overlooking the island and beaches. It’s a special treat if you happen to visit when lobster is in season. If you are more adventurous, you can tour the island and visit the lighthouse or book a dive or fishing trip.

We use high quality linens and bath sets, Body wash, Shampoo & Conditioner, Full kitchen, Air Fryer, utensils, dinnerware, pots and pans, Keurig and traditional coffee makers with a selection of coffee, sugar, cream, Filtered drinking water, cable/smart TV in the living room and smart TV's in the bedrooms, Games, CD's, AC in ALL rooms, 2 Paddleboards/Kayaks, Beach towels, snorkeling gear, Car, Airport Transfers, Gas Grill & Safe.
