Great property, great location within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. On the beach with walkout options!! I would recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect! House is spacious and well decorated, and there is air conditioning in each room. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and has a dishwasher. Then the location is amazing. There is a white sand beach with swimming and snorkeling out the door, two dive shops about a block away, multiple restaurants within walking distance, and a small grocery store close by as well. And the house comes with friendly dogs! The dogs greeted us each morning and then joined us for walks along the beach :). We definitely would stay here again!

Anita, the property manager was super helpful. The house was clean, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed out stay and will definitely be coming again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Island Passage. Accommodations and location and of course the views were wonderful. Owner and manager were available for any questions and answered all our question. We rented a golf cart and spent many hours exploring every part of the island.

Island Passage was perfect for our weeklong stay in beautiful Grand Turk! Beach views from house were breathtaking, steps to the cool blue water, Potcakes and donkeys galore!! Everything we needed to rest, relax and recharge. Kitchen had everything and we enjoyed an island potluck dinner with neighbors and cottage visitors! Rented a golf cart from airport for the week and explored the island from end-to-end. Will definitely be back soon.

This house is amazing - right on the beach. The water is beautiful, you can snorkel right from shore, and the views are amazing. The house has everything you need and is clean and well-maintained. The property manager, Anita, is great and makes everything easy. We will definitely be back!
The water is just steps from the deck.
Enjoy the beautiful view and warm breeze while you drink your morning coffee.

House was very clean and the location was incredible. Owner and Property Manager were both great, Property Manager went out of her way to help us as first time visitors to the island.

Our 7 day stay at Island Passage was amazing! Just what our souls needed! It’s such a specialty property with a beautiful cozy home and a beautiful tranquil view and access to the ocean. Seriously, what more can you ask for. We loved seeing the daily visits of donkeys and dogs! And how wonderful that you can snorkel reach from the beach in front of you. Shannon was great to communicate with and the property manager Anita was wonderful, so helpful! The house had everything you could want- the extra snorkel gear was a real treat! We would love to visit again! Thank you for this truly magnificent stay!

We had an absolutely amazing week here with our two kids. The property is exactly as described if not better. The clear blue ocean is just steps from the house.The home itself is very clean, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could need. It even has AC, though we hardly used it since opening the windows and enjoying the ocean breeze was perfect.We truly wish we had discovered this island paradise years ago! Communication with the host and everyone involved was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Thank you for such a memorable week!

Perfect Family Island Vacation

Our family had an amazing stay at this perfect beach location in Grand Turk! We loved the beach out the front door, the animals roaming around, and the location of the property in relation to things to do. The sunsets were so beautiful and we made trips to Governor's Beach everyday. Everything about our stay was excellent!

Home away from home and perfect location!

The Island Passage felt like home immediately. Cozy and the perfect amount of space and in the perfect location - walking distance to everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Grand Turk.

Great place, great location

Loved this beautifully decorated and furnished home for our 10 days on the island. We are frequent visitors to GT and this is our favorite place so far. The beach is beautiful and the beds comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great spot in Grand Turk

Great spot right on the beach, enjoyed our morning visits from the donkeys. Beach is a little rocky right in front of the house but walk down the beach 100 feet and there is a beautiful Sandy area to enjoy. Great sunsets every night.

Great location

Clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. restaurants and dive shops a short walk away.Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Even the whales cooperated.

Grand Turk

The house was exactly what the pics showed. Anita was amazing. The neighbors Liz and Ray were friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location

The house is perfect for a family getaway. It is right on the beach and an easy walk to most restaurants. Anita was able to arrange for a golf cart for us for the week and had a taxi waiting at the airport when we arrived!

High school friends traveling together

Clean great location. Only problem was that it can be noisy during the night with dogs and donkeys but the owner has no control over that. Really enjoyed our stay

Great for family getaways

Our third or fourth time here - sometimes with just adults but there is a cottage on the property and our adult children with new baby have stayed there so they were with us but had much needed space and privacy! The very spacious and comfortable house is right on the beach and is as private as you want it to be. Close to restaurants and has a great kitchen , as well as inside and deck dining areas.
