Sun all day with magnificent sunsets on this elevated view; beautiful sandy beach 50ft by approximately 25ft. One of the few homes that actually has a sandy beach and sand in the water were you can enjoy water volleyball and basketball. located across from famous Round Lake sandbar that on weekends has boating, music and water games all day long. Walk to downtown area-breweries, bars, restaurants, roller rink and the famous Driftwood ice cream parlor. During the summer bask in the sun and the lake enjoying water sports. The Fall season has plenty of Wine testing and Fall festivals a short distance away. We also have a brand new 2021 Avalon Catalina Tritoon available for rent. We match the price from the local Marina because we prefer that you rent our boat rather then bringing in a boat from another Marina. We allowed renters in the past to bring boats but unfortunately our pier was damaged and 3 sections needed to be replaced.
