This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home on 3 wooded acres is very spacious & inviting (sleeps 10 in beds). With a very open floor plan, enjoy preparing meals while overseeing the Family room fun! An additional Queen bedroom and full bath are available by adding the basement level (only available to renters of the home).

This ‘home away from home’ is perfect for business or play! So close to the DC metropolitan area (Ashburn, Fairfax, South Riding, Aldie and Maryland). Relax and enjoy the famous wine/hunt country of Middleburg/Western Loudoun County. Bring the family or business associates.

5 cozy Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms on two levels (with optional basement level, only available to guests renting the rest of the home and paying an additional fee, there is an additional Queen bedroom and full bath). Soaring, two-story Family room is open to the Gourmet, well-appointed Stainless steel/Granite Kitchen. The Kitchen has everything that you will ever need to prepare full meals or midnight snacks.

On the first floor, there is also a Formal living room, large Office, Sunroom/Library/Guest room is set up for a bedroom with children’s enjoyment in mind with toys and books. A large dining room awaits large gatherings or a quiet space for homework or studies. Laundry room is also available for your use.

This home's master bedroom is fit for a King! There is a TV and a roomy sitting area. The master bathroom includes double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and water closet. Three more bedrooms are upstairs with two additional full bathrooms. On the first level, there is a Guest room which also has a library and a children's table. This room will also keep the little ones content with fun games and toys! There is a full bathroom/powder room on the first floor complete with a shower.

Outside this exquisite home are opulent landscapes! Enjoy the water fountain, stone bridge and dry riverbed while sipping your morning coffee on the patio. To the rear of this home is another stone patio with a large dining area and a gas grill.

We have recently installed a whole house Ultraviolet light air purification system to kill viruses, bacteria, mold, germs and fungi! We eliminated all wall-to-wall carpeting as well to help reduce allergens. Rest assured that we are doing all we can to offer you the cleanest/healthiest rental experience possible!

Basement level (additional fee & only available to guests renting the rest of the home) includes a pool table, Foos ball machine, exercise bands and ball, additional bedroom with a memory foam Queen-size bed, Full bathroom and living area with couch and TV. Basement is available for an additional fee. Please ask about rate to use this level (based on number of guests and length of stay (approx. $175/night additional). Basement is Not included in base rate!

Pets are welcome for a fee of $200+ per pet (price varies per length of stay, breeds etc.).

Gatherings MUST be approved by owner in advance.
