Om overnatningsstedet

Family friendly oceanfront condo, directly on the beach.

Upon entering the condo, there is a large pantry on the right. Past the panty also on the right is a full kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with a stove and microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You will also find silverware, plates, bowls, cups and glasses. And of course there is a coffee maker! Adjacent to the kitchen is countertop bar with four barstools. Past the kitchen, the condo opens up onto the living room. Here there is a table with room for six. Continuing on, there is a couch, easy chairs, and TV. The view from here is terrific with a large glass sliding door that opens up to the oceanfront deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and meals overlooking the dunes and seashore. To the left, off the back hallway is the primary bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private bathroom. As in the living room a large sliding glass door opens up the the oceanfront deck. Next down the back hallway is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Continuing down the hallway is the fist sound side bedroom. This bedroom also has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. There is a large sliding glass door that opens up to a balcony. This is a great place to watch to sunset over the sound. The second sound side bedroom has two extra long twin beds, it's own closet and the bathroom is across the hall.

The condo was absolutely perfect. We were contacted a couple hours before our check in time by the property manager. She was super nice and just wanted to make sure we had our key codes and if there were any questions. Everything was great during the stay. Definitely would recommend staying.

It was the perfect week with my son and his family. This condo had everything we needed and was just a short drive to shops and food. Highly recommend checking out Surf City Smash and Maine Lobstah Shack! Coffee on the beach every morning with family was the medicine I needed.

Family time at the Beach

This property was a great place for family fun and relaxation. Loved the proximity and close access to the beach. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms were a nice size.

Excellent beach front condo

This was our second time staying at this condo. Perfect location right on the beach. Our trip got cut short this year bc of Hurricane Debby but the hosts were very gracious and generous in working things out with us as best they could. Will stay here again!

Positively wonderful week at Topsail

This has been the best rental unit we have had for years. Will definitely come back. Ideally located to ocean and the pool is a real bonus for children. Owners couldn't be nicer.

The view and the access of ocean makes this place !

Yes, it’s an older condo complex - but no one cared as we sat on the cover deck and enjoyed the ocean view, a tropical storm, and sunrises and sunsets ! Our condo was clean and comfortable and the host/owner was attentive and we felt welcome at their place.

Wonderful week

I grew up in Burlington, NC. After college I went into the military where I meet my wife Laura. We eventually moved back to the Burlington area where we raised our three children. We currently live in a small area known as Snow Camp, NC.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

My dad originally purchased the property in 1995. Our family has been vacationing here ever since. We have grown to really love the place. Through the years, my brother sister and I have watched our families grown up vacationing at Queens Grant. We have a lot of memories of summers spent at the beach.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The views off of the oceanfront deck are fabulous. The convenience of being a few steps away from the beach cannot be overstated.
