To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

Sailfish is a beachfront townhouse complex with only eleven units on 250' of the world's most beautiful beaches. Bright and stylish, the first level offers the living and dining areas, a roomy kitchen and a bath with a shower. The living area overlooks a nice size beachfront deck area and those lovely beaches which are just a few stair steps away. The two bedrooms, both nicely decorated, share a bath with a large vanity area and the Tub/Shower Combo and the toilet are separate. There is a stack washer and dryer in the hall upstairs. The master bedroom has a balcony with the panoramic view of the sugar white sands and emerald waters. Features include Cable TV, WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, stack washer and dryer.

The unit is fine for pets - just wish there was a way they could go down on the beach - even if it was limited hours - maybe consider size of pet - ours is 5 lbs and just likes to sit in the chair with us - always on leash - Would have been nice to have a gate at steps leading down to beach - Overall unit is well maintained

Had a wonderful stay!

Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and great location right on the beach. My sister and I, and our dog, loved the townhouse and the big deck.

Beach trip to PCB

Great Stay

This was our first time visiting PCB. We loved the property. It is conveniently just steps away from the beach, the view was amazing, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable for our family of four.

Great week at the beach!

My husband and I, our two kids and our two doggies had a fantastic vacation at the beach! The condo was great and has everything we needed, the view was beautiful and the whole rental process was simple. We will be back!

The ocean view was great. One sink in the upstairs bathroom was stopped up. The washing machine was making a terrible noise. A plumber said it need to be replaced. That was a week before we left and it was not replaced. WWith two little dogs a gate on the back porch would have been appreciated. Having a key rather than a key pad was inconvient. A shared upstairs bathroom rther than a bethroom for each redroom was inconvient and I would not have stayed there if I had noticed that.

We're glad you enjoyed the fantastic location. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience of the washer. We did everything we could to replace it during your stay but it has been handled. We are sorry the keys are inconvenient. Most of our guests are very happy to have an office so close and to be able to visit and communicate with the office staff. We will address the clogged sink. We cannot promise a gate for dogs as the weather here is very finicky and a gate could easily blow open. Thank you for the feedback.

Nice little spot

Enjoyed our long weekend get away with the WHOLE family! The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 small children plus the good dog. Could use some updates and there was trash left under the deck but overall had a great time.

Great location!

Great location. Check in process was very easy, the after hours communication was very efficient. We left a voice mail and they called us back within minutes. Only issue was the downstairs portion of the unit was not very clean. The upstairs and the bathrooms were clean and ready for use.

Our vacation was from June 28 through July 5. The only positives about this condo were the convenience of having the beach right outside the back door and that it was pet-friendly. Other than that, our experience was very disappointing, especially considering we paid nearly 4,500 for the week.The condo looked like it had been cleaned, but it definitely wasn't. There was sand everywhere when we arrived, and my wife and I ended up cleaning the floors ourselves on the first day. The mop water turned black from all the dirt. We also cleaned again before leaving, and I honestly believe we left the condo cleaner than we found it.There were numerous maintenance issues throughout the property. The fold-out couch was broken and unusable. The living room air vent was covered by a bag, several lights didn't work, there were cracks throughout the floors and walls, mold in the downstairs bathroom, and obvious water damage on the ceiling. The bathtub barely drained after a shower and would fill with standing water.For the amount of money we spent, we expected a clean, well-maintained place to enjoy our vacation. Instead, we spent the first day cleaning and the rest of the week dealing with issues that should have been taken care of before guests arrived.The location is great, but unfortunately the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo did not come close to justifying the price. Over all a Good Trip

Nice little place on the water; we had a good time. I recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies as there were none to work with in the place. The 2nd floor gets very muggy, as beach homes often do, so make sure you keep the curtains pulled during the day and you might like to bring a small fan for the room without a ceiling fan.

Awesome at Sailfish

Was very clean, linens were in great shape and towels were generous. The view you can’t beat. Husband didn’t like the tv set up, but I’m not about that lol. The deck is fabulous but the umbrella needs replaced. Had to have two people raise and lower but we managed. Would stay there again. Thanks so much for letting us get away and decompressing.
