Welcome to Seaside Shores, a charming 3-story townhome offering a private and serene beach experience. Unlike high-rise condos, this townhome provides direct access to the beach from your deck—just step out the deck and feel the sand between your toes.

Enjoy the convenience of parking inside the Garage, avoiding crowded parking garages and long waits for busy elevators. Here, you won't share the beach with thousands of other residents, allowing for a truly a getaway.

Spacious and Comfortable Bedrooms
This townhome features three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality furniture and comfortable mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of adventures on the Gulf. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and picture windows with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The second bedroom is perfect for kids, with two queen beds, comfortably sleeping up to four. The 2nd level bedroom, features a cozy king bed and twin-size trundle bed. All bedrooms come with TVs offering high-definition cable service.

Literally A Perfect Paradise!

This townhouse was absolutely perfect! Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—super convenient, close to everything and steps to the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

My mom and girlfriends wanted a quick getaway and we love this part of Florida. We picked this place and it couldn’t have been more perfect. If you want something where you can step out on the beach from your own deck this is it. We went the first week of October and the beach was really quiet and the water was still great. The unit had plenty of space and even had a garage for our things where we could take them right out on the beach every day. We had one problem and the host immediately responded. Would definitely stay here again. Only word of caution is if someone has trouble with stairs this might be a difficult unit. You have to walk up a flight of stairs just to get in the unit, but that is to be expected with a townhouse right on the beach. With the flight of stairs, it gives you an elevated lookout over the beach area. Thank you for your responsiveness and we will be booking again.

Great vacation week and townhome

We really enjoyed our week at this townhome! The unit is very nice and comfortable and we love that it has a garage and private access to the beach. Communication with the owner/property manager was easy and we had no complaints. The location is our favorite as it is right on the beach and is convenient to so many things but is on the quieter side of town. We also appreciated that we were able to bring our pet with us. We would definitely stay at this townhome again.

The Perfect Week

This was our 3rd year staying at this complex and this was by far the most impressive unit. The townhome was perfect for our family of 4 plus our small dog. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the comforts of home. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. All the beds were comfortable so we slept well. The owner was accessible and responsive checking in on us. It was a perfect week! We will be back for sure!

Great location & townhouse

I throughly enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. The townhouse was very nice & clean. Definitely spacious for larger families, however this time was just my husband & I stayed. The owner/property manager was on point with open communication & very kind. The check-in & check-out process was with ease. Beach area spectacular. Currently remodeling being done on the outside of the complex (which is looking beautiful & updated) & did not interfere nor hinder our stay. Parking is limited so be aware when planning your travels to this complex but my pathfinder fit perfectly in the garage & my husband’s 2500 pickup fit great parallel parked in front of garage. Highly recommend this townhouse.

Exceded Expectations!

Perfect location right on the beach between Destin and PCB. The lower level has a spacious garage with automatic door opener that’s easy to park an SUV in. Solid-feeling carpeted stairs lead past the washer & dryer up to the main floor. The living area has a large window looking over a deck through palm trees out to the beach! The fully equipped kitchen is small but well laid out. A bathroom and bedroom with queen and twin beds are beyond the kitchen. Upstairs on the third floor are the master bed & renovated bath, & a third bedroom & bath. The master also has a large window looking out over a second private deck! The view over the tops of the palm trees is just gorgeous. The bed is supportive and comfortable & there were enough blankets to keep warm against the wintertime chill. Our first day was cloudy and there was a pretty strong rain, lightning and wind storm overnight. But apart from some palm frond debris on the deck & stuck to the windows everything was fine. The clouds burned off & our third day was pretty perfect. The unit is south-facing, so you get sunrise on your left, full sun all day, and sunsets on your right. The beach itself has soft white sand & an abundance of shells. And Wow! the water. This was or first trip to the Gulf of Mexico and it lived up to our expectations. Despite the storm the water was blue and, with the sun warm, it was, actually, warm enough for boogie boarding! All in all, it was a wonderful experience for our family.
