It is a 3-mile drive to downtown Gatlinburg and offers easy access to the bypass to Pigeon Forge, approximately 12 miles away. This 2-bedroom 1.5 bath unit sleeps 6 (the two bedrooms - 1 being a loft bedroom, are located upstairs with queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room on the lower level). This townhome has a nice, creek-side view and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The drive from town to the unit is on steep, winding roads. During the winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary. Full size kitchen with dishwasher. Washer/dryer in unit. This unit has 0 exterior steps and 20 interior steps. Two charcoal grills in common area. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps.
