Great weekend for the family celebrating UTK graduation. Colleen was awesome to work with and great communication. Love the outdoor kitchen area. We’ll be back!

This house was great for our family! The layout worked out perfect! The kids loved the bunks and their own living room in the basement. The master was beautiful and the shower makes me want to redo my shower at home. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen area. Everyone loved the dock and swimming, sliding, and floating in the lake. This is the easiest dock to get to with very few stairs so going up and down carrying everything to the boat was a breeze compared to other places we stayed before! Colleen was great to work with and responds quickly to any questions or recommendations! The kids also loved a little neighborhood cat that came to visit as they were missing their cats at home. We lovingly called him “Buoy”! Thanks Colleen for an amazing stay!! We would love to come back again!!

I think the property is great for most part. We did have fun, The only issue was the A/C, and the dock. My husband walks with two canes, and the extension made it really difficult (as it had no hand rails), He had to crawl up and down, and I was annoyed because I had let the owner know about his situation.

Thank you for your feedback. We were in contact with you throughout your stay and had our maintenance crew come out quickly to address your concerns with the AC. After our maintenance person left the AC was working properly and blowing cold air. We do have handrails on the gangway to the dock. However, like the majority of docks on the lake, ours is designed to “chase the water” which means it is adjusted to move in or out depending on the depth of the water. We have deep water year-round but due to the TVA controls, the water level is unusually low this year. Therefore the dock is adjusted to be further from the shore which exposes a very small section of the gangway that is normally underneath. This small section is plenty wide for easy navigation to the section of the gangway with the handrail. Adding a temporary make-shift handrail or rope to this section presents a false sense of security which in turn could be more of a safety risk. We had communicated this to you as well. We try to address concerns quickly and do our best to accommodate however we can. We are happy you had fun overall.

Very nice vacation home

Very nice place to stay, in a nice area. Close to many off-road trails or just a short walk to the water. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The stay was amazing! Kitchen had pretty much anything you needed and the outdoor kitchen area was awesome. Kids loved the pool table and new multicade. Family is already trying to figure out when to come back.

Amazing place. Great host!!!

Everything was amazing!! Just as the pictures, great view, it has everything you need. All bathrooms were very clean and the bedsheets felt like they were just washed.

Wonderful stay

The house and location are beautiful! Our family loved hanging out and cooking in the outdoor kitchen and large dock. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Weekend

This place has an awesome deck/side porch area. Great place to stay and the owners respond quickly. We would recommend this place to anyone.

This place was amazing and so was the host. Plenty of room and sleeping space and kitchen was very well stocked. The outdoor kitchen was something out of a magazine! We were in town for a wedding so it was a bit hectic and we didnt get to enjoy all the property had to offer. That said, i would love to stay here again.

Great family vacation home!

This house is perfect for families of all ages. It has a large lot with minimal stairs to the water and a great outdoor kitchen. It is also close to town. Would highly recommend!

Very enjoyable week spent in June 2022!

Nice secluded area to stay in at Norris Lake. Especially nice area for young children. The steps to the water are doable. Our stay was wonderful!

Thoroughly recommend this propperty. Great location. Has all the amenities you need. The outdoor kitchen is amazing. The covered dock with a slide was a huge hit for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The downstairs area with a pool table & video games was a popular place for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the hosts.

Family Thanksgiving

Great quality family time, visited nearby petting zoo and Waterfall! Cooked together and made s’mores, played pool and just enjoyed hanging out. Great trip, thank you!

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was really clean and beautiful. The owner was super nice and easy to get in touch with. The water was wonderful! We swam off the dock every day and did a lot of boating. This place doesn't disappoint!

Beautiful home and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's conveniently located just a few minutes off I-75. The dock and the bar on the back patio made for great gathering locations for our family and friends. The owner was prompt to answer any questions we had and also offered suggestions on other things to do in the area. Will stay here again!

SxS trip to wind rock, and royal blue

We loved this property. It was very clean and well stocked. The outside space was especially nice. The owner was extremely responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
