Very clean and had a nice table and chairs out on the patio so everyone could meet at the end of the evening and visit. Great view from a lower level.

Relaxing getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another great trip to PCB. For years we have stay at units managed by Helen Phillips. They have all been amazing. This unit was no exception. It was clean, well stocked with linen, and beautiful upgrades.

Synes ikke om: Kommunikation
We didn't have power the first 24 hours, limited power the following 24 hours, and finally full power within 48 hours of the check-in. Communication between the HOA and property management to the owners is terrible. We didn't know the condo didn't have power until we drove 13 hours from indiana and arrived at the unit. It was then expressed from the owner we could check in, without power. Outside of that, the place was a good place to stay. The owner has offered some refunds for the inconvenience, we shall see. Stay tuned.

Clean and safe place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Appreciate the water and ice in the fridge door and being able to open the window in the guest bedroom when the weather's nice and you can turn the AC off. Fantastic sunsets on a spacious balcony that has nice furniture. We ate almost all of our meals out there. Walk-in showers very safe and convenient. Enjoyed the free chairs and umbrella on the beach. Wonderful hot tub and pools. Good security. We had a problem with the AC unit on our sixth day there, but Helen took care of it immediately. We've stayed here 3 years in a row and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo at Emerald Isle. The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with amazing views of the Gulf from the balcony. The balcony was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was huge and easily fit four adults comfortably. It was so peaceful to sit out there and listen to the waves. I honestly could have stayed on that balcony forever. The location was excellent—close to great restaurants and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Panama City Beach. The beach was gorgeous, and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.Check-in was easy, and the entire experience was stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit as well as the rest of the building were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Traveling at the end of December can sometimes be sketchy, but having the heated pool and extra large hot tub on grounds was a game changer. We will be visiting again.

Mother's Day girls' trip!

My daughters and I stayed in Emerald Isle 501 over Mother's Day weekend. Everything was just as advertised. Check in was super easy, and the staff was sooo friendly! We even met Helen! While we were there, the girls and I decided that we will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyed our Stay!

Property was clean upon arrival. Helen is always a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive if needed. Emerald Isle is a smaller complex, which is nice and on the west end of the beach. This unit met our needs for a relaxing vacation.

One if our favorites in a Emerald Isle.

The condo is very nice. Well equipped. It’s on the end so you have no traffic past the door and a great sunset view. The showers are amazing. The two young men who man the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

We loved everything about this unit. The unit was so light and comfortable. The beds, showers, tables all great quality. The resort is beautiful, close to the beach and the staff was so friendly. Saying hello or good morninhg everytime we saw them. No waiting for elevators or luggage racks. Perfect location to all restaurants and amenities. Will definitely be back.

This unit was exactly as described. Only had a very small issue that was resolved very quickly. Communication with Helen, unit owner, was excellent. Beach service was great. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

Beautiful

The property was as described, but the pictures do not do it justice. The view is amazing. The balcony is large. We spent hours in the mornings and evenings on it. The check in process was simple. No issues at all with the space we rented.

Getaway

The room overall was fantastic and the owner, was very prompt with communication. She had installed a new refrigerator before our check in. Loved the location of the room and the view, will definitely be returning hopefully to the same location, only problem was the couch, the front was broken but all of the furniture in the living room was leather and we loved that because it’s so much cleaner
