This beautiful home with a Private Pool and an Elevator is ready for your vacation rental stay! Built just a few years ago, this home has all of the features one could hope for. A ground level game room with pool table, TV area and wet bar will be the favorite spot for the kids, teens or kids at heart. This floor also has two double cots for extra sleeping as well as a half bathroom.

The main level has a grand open living space with dining and a gourmet kitchen. The living room opens onto a large screened porch overlooking the private pool. Some bay views from this porch as well! There is also a Master Bedroom with private bathroom on this level.

The top floor features another three bedrooms (one with a private bathroom).

There are just so many areas in this home to spread out and relax or gather for a game night or wonderful meal. After a day on the beach (just behind the house and across the street) or a day lounging in your own pool, relax in the yard with a seat at the firepit.

This home is NOT pet friendly.

Property available for 2 night stays in the off season

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
