Welcome to our home! 

Bright and airy, this beautiful flat is located in a popular area of Cannes: Pointe Croisette, near Palm Beach. It has a superb sunny terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy sunny days.

Equipped with a sofa bed and a table for lunch or dinner, the large living room is spacious and tastefully decorated.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you may need to prepare a delicious meal, including a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and kettle.

The bedroom has a very comfortable 160x200 bed and a TV. Free hotel-quality bed linen will be provided on arrival. 

Please note that a baby can be accommodated in the apartment; a baby cot, stroller, board games, books, and beach toys are available.

A closed box in the residence's garage is available (maximum height 1.80 m).

Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

Embellished with palm trees, the Pointe Croisette peninsula, nicknamed Palm Beach, is dominated by contemporary, upscale apartments and the Russian Orthodox Church with its richly decorated facade in pastel tones. Water sports enthusiasts can visit Gazagnaire Beach as well as the nearby surf shops and yacht clubs. Many glamorous celebrities frequent the seafront bars and discos around the Pierre-Canto marina.

Cannes train station is a 7-minute taxi ride from the flat. Nice Côte d'Azur airport is a 30 minute drive away.

Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
