Just Beachy is a cozy, beachfront studio condo at the recently renovated and remodeled Continental Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The entire building has been refreshed with modern updates and stylish upgrades, making it look better than ever while keeping its classic coastal appeal.
Perched on the highly desired 5th floor, this studio offers one of the best views in Panama City Beach. Step onto your private balcony and soak in unobstructed emerald Gulf waters, powdery white sand, and spectacular sunsets—guests consistently call this the most coveted view on the entire Gulf! Be sure to have your margarita ready for the show.
The open, thoughtful design fills the 410 sq ft space with natural light and sea views from every angle. Inside, nautical “Just Beachy” decor instantly sets the vacation mood. The studio comfortably sleeps up to 4 on highly ranked Wink and Casper queen memory foam mattresses. The full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with room for two.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom woodwork, and stainless steel appliances—perfect for simple meals or quick bites. Eat at the inside table for 4, grill outdoors on the ground-floor charcoal area, dine al fresco on the balcony or eat on-site at Flipper’s Bar and Grill. Too relaxed to cook? Walk to nearby beachfront spots or head to Pier Park (just 0.7 miles away) for endless dining, live music, and entertainment.

Awesome Ocean front views

We loved our stay here!! The Ocean view was Beautiful from our Balcony. The room was clean and stocked with everything you would need. I loved how it was decorated. So Cute and Beachy!!! Will definitely be back!!!

The property had a gorgeous view and great beach access! We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. This property is right on the strip of PCB.

Not all bad

Not all bad! The unit place is so cute and well stocked. Great location. But, they need a new housekeeper, we had to clean the shower, things off the wall, the silverware still had peanut butter on it. There was an unpleasant smell after our Clorox

Cannot stress enough how great this unit was for me & my family. Perfect spot overlooking the beach, very clean, and so easy to get down to the beach. Even included beach service. Randy & Amanda are amazing. Was so gracious letting us check in early when room was ready and helped my family have the perfect vacation. Our son, who’s in the military ended up coming in a day early down there. Randy & Amanda helped get us in the unit early. Just can’t thank you all enough. It’s sad to see it end but we made some great memories that will last us a lifetime. Can’t wait to come back next year, Lord willing. Appreciate you both so much!!!

Ok, but not great

Condo ok... bathroom in desperate need of remodeling. Plus icky plastic mat in shower is an issue as these can hold bacteria and spread foot fungus (Athletes foot)... we showered with water shoes on. Location not horrible... Beach front and easy access to beach makes up for everything else.

After searching for the perfect spot, we chose Continental Condos for its unbeatable location—right on the beach with quick access to Pier Park and everything PCB has to offer. When this unit became available, we knew it was the one: prime 5th-floor views, private balcony, and that classic beachfront charm.
We recently watched the entire building undergo a full renovation and remodel, and it looks better than ever—fresh, modern, and inviting. We take great pride in keeping Just Beachy clean, well-stocked, and ready for your arrival. From the nautical decor and memory foam mattresses to the granite kitchen and beach gear, every detail is chosen to help you relax and feel right at home.
As seasoned hosts (over 20 yrs) we love hearing from guests about their favorite moments—sunset drinks on the balcony, lazy pool days, or adventures at Pier Park. We respond quickly to questions and want your vacation to be special and stress-free.
