Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry Unit 1125 fell short of your expectations. Worn cookware and dishes that were not properly cleaned are understandably disappointing, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns, along with the patio furniture, to our attention. We’ll share your comments with the team to address cleanliness and evaluate needed replacements. While our team repaired the dryer during your stay, we apologize for the inconvenience and the overall experience that left you disappointed.

Thank you for your review Alma, we are very glad to hear you enjoyed the unit itself. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the nearby construction noise. We understand how disruptive that can be, especially during early mornings, and we regret that this impacted your stay. Regarding the beach service, we would like to clarify that our website does not indicate that beach chairs and umbrellas are complimentary. The guidebook shared prior to arrival also notes that there is an on-site vendor available for rentals. That said, we understand how this could have been unclear, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Please also know that our team is always available prior to arrival via text, phone call, or email to assist with any questions or help clarify amenities so there are no surprises during your stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience. Warm regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your feedback, Melonie. We’re glad to hear you found the property beautiful, though we’re sorry the balcony was unavailable during your stay. At times, the HOA requires temporary closures for inspections or maintenance to ensure the safety of the building, and we understand how disappointing it can be not to enjoy the ocean views from the balcony. To help make up for the inconvenience, we did provide compensation during your stay and also offered an additional discount for a future visit. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again so you can fully enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of Shores of Panama, including the property's amenities and the cleanliness of your unit. We understand your disappointment regarding the ongoing construction and the associated noise. While improvement projects are intended to enhance the property for future guests, we recognize that they can impact the guest experience during a stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the unit's décor and furnishings. As each condo is individually owned, styles and updates vary from unit to unit. We will be sure to share your feedback with the owner for their consideration. Regarding pool float restrictions, these policies are established by the condominium association and are intended to promote safety and ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the pool area. We are especially sorry to hear that smoke from neighboring areas affected your ability to enjoy the balcony. Unfortunately, this can be difficult for management to control when it originates from other guests or surrounding properties, but we understand how frustrating that can be. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Regards, Benchmark Management

It's fantastic to know that you found our condo impeccable, and we take great pride in ensuring that our accommodations are comfortable and well-maintained for our guests. We're also delighted that you enjoyed our amenities; we strive to provide a wide range of options to enhance your stay and create memorable experiences. We concur, our view is indeed breathtaking! We're fortunate to be located in such a picturesque setting, and it's always a pleasure to hear when our guests are as captivated by it as we are. We appreciate your kind words and are truly grateful for your positive review. Your satisfaction is our ultimate reward, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another amazing vacation in the future. Regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction during your visit. The work being done at the property is part of complex-wide upgrades managed by the HOA, not our team, though we understand how the balcony closure and temporary access changes could impact your stay. As noted in the listing, the balcony is unavailable through March 2026 during these improvements. We truly appreciate your understanding and would love to host you again once the upgrades are complete. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management
