Located in the residence Avrières Bas in Montchavin, at 150m from slopes and ski resort center. Close to the Montchavin gondola lift.
Divisible studio with an area of 27m2 for 4/5 people, on the ground floor.
This divisible studio renovated on the ground floor and near the slopes consists of an equipped kitchen completely renovated in 2024(electric hotplates, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), a renovated bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
In the dining room you have a pull-out sofa bed, the living area is equipped with a 140cm sofa bed. The sliding partition creates two closed sleeping areas.
The cabin area consists of a set of bunk beds (prohibited for children under 6 years old).
The living room opens onto a small terrace overlooking the valley.
For your comfort you have a flat screen TV.
Ski locker at your disposal.
