Sunny and Bright describes this beautiful beach home located on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Welcome to the beach! Located just 3 blocks from the beach with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home features a great screen porch with outdoor dining, an amazing open kitchen with oversized center island and large dining table. Living room is spacious and open with a large screen TV. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet. Of the remaining bedrooms, there is a second bedroom on the main floor with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs.

Home Features and Notes: Screen porch, Outdoor Shower, 3 TVs (living room, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms - all are smart televisions). This is a raised home with parking available under the house. Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor.

The home was clean and within walking distance to the beach. We were traveling with 3 generations of family including an infant & toddler. Unfortunately there were no beach toys, no portable crib, or high chair. We ate the majority of the meals there & noted that the kitchen supplies were very sparse. We flew in from 2 different states so we were unable to bring all the baby items and the kitchen supplies needed. I also found it odd that there was a washer/dryer but no laundry detergent available. We enjoyed our time at the home but having some of these items available would have made for an even better stay.

We were given key code instead of keys. We received a call back within a couple minutes and were able to get in with a spare key on the premises. The lady that helped did not apologize and seemed as if she was frustrated. We were thankful for the help to get in the house.

Excellent long weekend stay!

Our group had a fantastic stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and common area was comfortable. Loved the screened in front porch! Property manager allowed us to check in early which was an added bonus!

Amazing home

Home was beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. Just a ~5 minute walk to the beach and a ~5 minute walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice home but not for light sleepers.

The caveat for "light sleepers" comment is that the 4th bedroom on the upper floor has a window opening to the Great Room. But there is no glass in it so whoever is in that room either gets up early or doses up with the melatonin! There were also some squeaky doors making midnight bathroom visits a way to wake up your spouse - good thing she loves me...Lastly, there was no wine opener to be found....but where there is a will there is a way and with some wino engineering, the wine found its way where is needed to be!

IOP Beach House

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great too. I'd say the only downsize were the 2 beds that were not the king sized ones. The other 2 were uncomfortable and that's hard because you feel bad when you wake up.

Winter on IOP

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at 3 Frank Sottile. Checking was very simple. The house was clean when we arrived and stocked with appropriate paper and soap products to get us started. Overall, everything was fine with the house and the property management.We had a bit of an adventure with animals in the attic. At first we had squirrels. Property management contacted an animal relocation company. The man came to the house and found the entry point for the animals. He also noted trees that needed to be trimmed back to keep them far enough back to not be able to jump to the roof. It took some time for the tree people to come and trim the trees back. The next step was to block the opening that the squirrels used to enter the attic. Before that could be done, we heard new noises from the attic. Management had the animal relocater come back. Now we had raccoons. He had to come back another day to get them from the attic. A hole had to be cut in the upstairs hallway ceiling to gain access to the area the raccoons were. He was able to reach in and pull out 3 baby raccoons. The mother had gone back on the roof to not be captured. He sprayed a solution that was to smell like a predator to keep the adult from returning. Overall, it took about 3-4 weeks to get it resolved.We still intend to stay there again next year. Hopefully, without the additional adventure.

Very good location within walking distance of beach. House was clean, well equipped and with excellent parking room for our 3 cars. Island Realty promptly answered our calls and responded to a complaint about no television access which was quickly fixed with a repair call. Would rent again.

Great get away

We just finished a four night stay right after the holidays , in this beautiful home . It was well-equipped plenty of room comfortable beds very nice updated kitchen. We love the location.

Location quite nice for a quick walk to the beach. Ample living space with open areas.
