Great weekend stay in Nashville and perfect location: short walk to dozens of restaurants of all kinds in the Gulch and walkable or ride share to live music on Broadway. (Nice grocery store is .3 mile walk.) Pool area is beautiful with lots of chaise lounges. We had an issue with an appliance in the apartment (beyond anyone's control) and property staff responded immediately (on a Saturday) and got the issue fixed very quickly. Staff is very responsive and friendly and went above and beyond related to the appliance issue.

Nice place and close 10 minute walk to Broadway

We traveled with our friends and it was great to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was nice to people watch, and kitchen was great to make our breakfast in the morning to start our day.

Best experience ever!

My husband and I along with another couple travel a lot, more so since retiring! This was one of our top vacations ever! Our stay was so much fun and in the best location as we could walk to broadway where all the action was! We had great restaurants within minutes of our condo! The condo was beautiful, clean and convenient! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Loved the location. Great communication with management team. Only downside was that Both bathrooms could use a good spring cleaning.

Location amazing!

Overall great place! The Gulch is the cutest neighborhood. A bit expensive to eat in and around but overall excellent and clean. The only thing I’d change is having curtains put up in the rooms. Very bright so you wake with the sun. You can walk to downtown in 15 minutes which is a nice option since getting an Uber or Lyft is a chaotic difficult process. So easy to check in and they were super attentive and very accommodating!

Great Nashville place in The Gulch

Great two bedroom, two bath unit located in The Gulch, perfect for two couples. Cute small dog park visible across the street. Steps from the Love Biscuits restaurant. We walked to downtown Broadway Street several times. An easy walk less than a mile. The management company was great, accommodating and helpful. On/site storage was great for our early arrival and afternoon flight out. The Gulch neighborhood is vibrant and fun.

Terrible communication

No one responded to calls, I left a voicemail someone finally Called back after Hours said that she would text me the next day with information about early check in or a storage locker. No one ever contacted me. No one answer calls or text. Check in check out was a major hassle. The door the entry to the apartment complex requires a fob. Instructions for arrival was to put in a certain code and wait to be let in the building. No one ever responded no one ever let me in. no one responded when I follow the instructions requesting entry during business hours. I was finally let in by someone else entering the building. Email communication came across as rude and militarily. Check out was also a major hassle because the parking garage fobs to get back into the building to return the parking pass it was just a pain all the way around people were unresponsive. Rooms are dark not good lighting in any of rooms except bathrooms. Door handle to patio was broke.

Hi Angles, We are so sorry to hear that communication with our team was lacking during your stay with us. Please note that this is not up to par with our typical communication standards. For future guests, we make ourselves as available as possible to answer any guest's questions or concerns before, during and after their stay. We also provide detailed check in instructions and are happy to walk guests through this process as needed. Thank you for the note about lighting and the patio door handle, we will be sure to take a look at these items to take corrective action! We appreciate feedback from our guests as we try to make each guest experience as flawless as possible. Thank you again!
