Connie, so glad you loved the beauty and spaciousness of our home. We recently had our fireplaces serviced and everything is in great working order. I wish you would've called to report any confusion you may've had figuring it out. I don't understand the comment about "no BBQ." We have a nice Weber dual propane and charcoal grill on the deck. Wish you would've called. We could've pointed you in the right direction. (It's just outside the glass doors.) We were careful to select mattresses with a balance of firmness and softness. Once, we had someone say they felt one of the downstairs beds was too soft, but had not heard too hard till now. I suppose everyone's preferences are different. (Insert Goldilocks and 3 Bears jokes here.) Our TVs are Smart TVs with cable. So either option is available. Wish you would've called if you had any trouble figuring them out.

Thanks so much for the 5 star review! We’ve hired a new landscape company that blows the yard and deck every week now. Our hot tub gets cleaned and filled with fresh water before every guest arrives. So it’s cleaner than even any high-end hotel or resort you can stay in.

Teresa, we're glad you loved our property overall, but are distressed to hear your assessment that it could've been cleaner. We've hired the best cleaning service in the area. In our experience they have been meticulous. I know they would be mortified to hear of this. If they had known at the time, I'm confident they would've immediately sent someone out to address anything they may have missed.
