The retreat is located at the end of a paved road providing coveted seclusion and privacy with the convenience a 10-minute drive to the restaurants in Maggie Valley. With sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and SUNSETS, Ridgeline retreat offers over 3200 square feet of living space on 2 levels. New exotic solid hard wood floors and SS appliances add to the luxury and comfort of your stay. The retreat sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms and a bunk room. Ridgeline also has 3 full bathrooms, a great room, game room, hot tub, 3 large stone fireplaces and 2 expansive porches both the full length of the house. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, multiple large screen HD Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms, spectrum basic Cable, Netflix (provided), FREE Spectrum 1G Internet connection, full size washer/dryer and fire table on both porch decks.

Looking for a change of scenery while working from home? There are plenty of places to pop up your laptop at Ridgeline Retreat! Comfy bar stools at the kitchen or game room bar are perfect. Or an office with a view sitting out on the porch! The high speed WiFi is perfect for remote working while enjoying the beautiful BlueRidge Mountains.

Ridgeline Retreat includes access to Maggie Valley Country Club Amenities including: community pool, fitness center and tennis courts.

Other things to note
There is no TRASH pickup on the mountain. There is a trash center less that 15min from the house on the way to Waynesville. Guests are asked to dispose of their trash at the trash center (details in the welcome guide) or coordinate with the owners to have all trash disposed of for an additional fee (if more than 3 bags).

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Everything was perfect! We enjoyed staying here. Our teenagers loved it as well. The home was very well stocked and had alot to do with awesome instructions for everything. Owners were very responsive and polite. 10/10 recommend!!

Truly Relaxing

The property is perfect and perfectly situated. It offers seclusion, yet only minutes from the many amenities the properties offer. With everything offered at the home itself, there's really no reason to leave. This will become our "go-to" for future mountain vacations.

Great Stay!

The stay we had here was fantastic. The owners were super helpful and communicated well. The views and property amendments were fantastic! Pay attention to the driving directions given and you’ll find it with no issues. The home feels very secure, comfortable, and secluded. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all the games that were provided in addition to the game room. If you decide to cook at the home like we did a few times, there are plenty of supplies. I don’t know that I can say enough good things about this property. 10 out of 10! We would love to stay at this property again.

Great getaway for work and play!

We had a great stay with our 2 young adult sons! Two people had to spend some time working remotely and both were able to easily videoconference with no problems (not always easy in the mountains). But who wants to work in a place like this?! The views are amazing and the house was very clean and comfortable with lots of games and activities. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking. We were able to stroll up the driveway in the mornings and evenings for birdwatching . We also enjoyed golf at the country club and numerous hikes in the area. It was a great stay! Thank you!

Magical

This property did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay, very responsive property owners. We even had a family of bears entertain us in the back yard. This home is elegant and has the most beautiful views of the mountain range. If you are seeking a safe, well stocked home with magical views this is the place for you. It does not disappoint.

Home away from home

Wow, this home was absolutely amazing!! The owners thought of everything when stocking the house. The views were amazing off the porches and we spent most of our day sitting around the fire pit and looking at God’s beautiful creation. I’m so thankful that we found this gem in Maggie!!! Any questions we had, the owners quickly answered. Just truly an amazing experience.

Phenomenal House with Million Dollar Views

This house is the perfect setup for friends and family! It is impossible to detail all of the amenities included like the fully stocked kitchen, game room, and comfortable family room with a roaring fire place and beautiful view of the mountains and surrounding valley. The location was ideal, as the kids were able to ski in the morning and tube in the afternoon. The hosts communicated with us to make sure the check in was seamless and we didn't have any questions or concerns! It was just the perfect weekend!

Amazing Vacation and truly Million Dollar Views!

What an amazing vacation! Rini‘s place in Maggie Valley was everything we hoped for and more! Everything, I mean EVERYTHING, was so well thought out and left us wanting nothing more. The views are spectacular, the home is cozy and welcoming, and the location is fantastic. We had so much fun in the downstairs living area. We enjoyed so many laughs while playing pool, shuffleboard and arcade games. We soaked in the hot tub while it snowed all around us. Each morning, I got to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee while looking at the most beautiful landscape. For those who, like to cook on vacation, Rini has stocked the kitchen with every single tool you may need. Everything was organized and labeled and so clean. The assortment of coffee and creamer was such a nice surprise. Beds were so cozy and bath amenities were perfect. This was by far the best VRBO experience we’ve had thus far. Rini was so attentive the entire trip! Thank you!

Amazing! Couldn’t ask for anything more

House was immaculate upon arrival- super clean with comfortable beds for all. Master bedroom with suite was enormous- so much room to spread out with 5 adults and 2 young kids in our stay. The views from the deck are breathtaking- we were able to enjoy fires every night on the deck. Great movie collection and game room. Wonderful location- we split our time between hikes along the blue ridge parkway, exploring Asheville, and the Great Smoky Mountains- all of these locations were around 45 minutes to an hour drive, but worth the scenic drive every day for the beauty of the location. We also utilized the pool which was very family friendly and not at all crowded. One thing to be aware of (and was mentioned in the description but we didn’t realize) was the bunk room isn’t truly a bedroom- there is a water heater/furnace behind bifold doors as well as direct garage access- this would be fine for families with older kids but wasn’t suitable for our young kids- we had tons of other space in the massive house so didn’t bother us a bit. Kitchen well stocked, everything high end and well thought out for guests. Hot tub was very nice and super clean as well. Host is very responsive and helpful and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The VIEW, the SUNSETS, the GAME ROOM, OH MY!

You will walk in and immediately be drawn to the GORGEOUS mountain top view! Ridgeline Retreat was TRULY a home away from home! EVERYTHING you could want is in this house! The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could need, and the coffee bar was perfect for our winter week! The downstairs game room was literally HOURS upon HOURS of fun! We spent every evening on the back porch watching the beautiful sunset over the mountains, while enjoying a cocktail! Then we'd head downstairs to play pool, shuffleboard, darts, Galaga & PacMan, giant Jenga, and more! The house is stocked with tons of DVDs and family friendly board games, but every bedroom also has its own TV! My daughter loved hanging out on the bunk bed watching Disney channel. It was her own little oasis. Curl up with one of the softest blankets you will ever find, turn on the fireplace (there are 2) and watch a movie before bed! Our family has not traveled anywhere since Covid, and I can tell you NOT ONCE did I worry the entire week! It was actually a nice mental break to not only change scenery, but feel like Covid didn't exist while we were there! This house has been recently updated so almost everything is new and of excellent quality! The house is VERY clean! The beds, (so comfy! my kids slept like babies!) sheets, towels, blankets, all comfy and soft! Like I said, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you need, so I didn't have to pack the whole house! There are 2 grocery stores (Publix and Ingles) within 10 minutes from the house if you want to get groceries when you arrive. Waynesville was a cute area to walk with shops and restaurants, there's plenty of hiking trails nearby, Lake Junaluska is a peaceful walk, probably more activity there in warm months, and if going in winter try the snow tubing at Tube World. We are a family of 4, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The location is really an area that can be enjoyed any season! The owners were great with communication and answering any questions! We can't wait to visit RidgeLine Retreat again in the near future! My kids and husband will need to come back to defend their high scores on the wall-cade!

This was a delayed anniversary trip for my wife and I. To say this house and location was perfect would be an understatement. The house is awesome with absolutely beautiful views. There was no issue being secluded and taking a break from the busyness of life. All and all what an amazing vacation.

Great Trip - Beautiful Views

We rented for a boys reunion trip. The house was great. There were fantastic views off the back deck. We had a great time hanging out there. The house was great for our purposes. We really appreciate how the kitchen was well stocked as we made dinner two nights. Also, the game room was really good. Great trip and I recommend the house.

Perfect Location

House was beautiful and clean with all the things we needed and the view was even more beautiful in person than in the picture! Our grandson enjoyed walks in the woods with his dad and Popi and even saw some wild turkeys. It was a wonderful family getaway!!

Our family fell in love with Maggie Valley and all the things it has to offer. We were looking for the perfect location that had year round views and stumbled upon the Ridgeline Retreat. We loved the open spaces, vaulted ceilings and beautiful fireplaces.

We have amazing long range mountain views with 2 large decks to enjoy them from. We also appreciated these beautiful views with paved roads and quick access to town. Maggie Valley is centrally located between Asheville, Cherokee and Gatlinburg. Its a beautiful and untouched area with easy day trips to amazing hikes and great towns.
