Welcome to your own private getaway directly on Siesta Beach that sleeps 8!
**PLESE NOTE: We do not use any third parties for bookings or management. Be aware of potential fraud and confirm directly with the host before making payment. We only advertise and book through AirBnB, VRBO and FloridaRentals.**
This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit is situated in a freestanding building. This privately-owned building consists of two freestanding buildings with three units on the whole property. It is the back unit in the building and has two wonderful decks with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. One deck is off of the dining room and the second balcony is off of the loft area. In the photo, it is the smaller white deck on the left (north) side of the building. (It is not the larger deck). Please check out the photos and you will see a green arrow pointing to the deck for this unit.
The garage and private laundry are on the first floor, with living areas on the upper two floors. The home has two bedrooms and three full bathrooms; one off of the hallway of bedroom one, one off of the main living room and an en suite off of the main bedroom.
The living room has a pullout sofa sleeper and a full bathroom attached for ultimate privacy. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom with a tub. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area and a full bathroom with walk-in shower off of the living room. The main bedroom upstairs has a walk-in closet large enough for a pack'n'play or twin airbed. The main bedroom has a double vanity and a separate room with toilet and walk-in dual headed shower. In addition, there is a desk for at home learning and people who work from home. In addition, there is a second TV room upstairs in the loft area off of the main bedroom. The loft area has a twin daybed with twin trundle.
There is a beach area in front of the building to enjoy. The private beach access leads you to the the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are a family friendly property and have a pack 'n play, highchair, baby gates and dishes/cups/spoons that for use at your own risk. No need to make travel more complicated when traveling with children! We provide these items for use at your own risk and assume no liability. In addition, we also provide beach chairs with cart, small cooler, umbrella, Turkish beach towels, wagon and games.
Pets will be reviewed on a case by case basis. No cats please, as I am allergic. There will a $300 security deposit and a $50/night fee that will be added to the nightly rate if a pet is included in the rental.

Very cute and roomy place. We had an issue with the air conditioner but host cleared it up right away. Love the private beach entrance and balconies. Great host and will book again

My family and I have booked with this host multiple times, staying in different rentals each time, and we have always been beyond happy. We’ve been so pleased with the cleanliness, hospitality, and overall experience this host provides! We especially love the private beach access — it makes everything so much easier when traveling with little ones. Overall, we are happy every time we book with this host, and this is now our third year staying with them! If you’re looking for a great place to stay this is it!!

Wonderful stay at Siesta Key, FL
This home is very nice with plenty of kitchen supplies. Great accommodations and close to Siesta Key Village for shopping and dining!

Siesta Key Vacation
The property was fantastic with wonderful accommodations for young children. The amenities provided were well thought out and helpful. The beds were soft and the AC cold as well!

Beautifully decorated and well stocked.
This is a great place with a private walkway to Siesta Beach. Owner was easy to work with and to get a hold of when needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay
Great location with lots of room. Having a grill on the deck turned out very well. Lots of little extra's as well with beach chairs that we used daily. Would definitely stay again.

We just wrapped up our stay in Siesta Key and had such a great experience. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps from the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to relax after long days in the sun. The area felt safe, welcoming, and exactly what we hoped for when planning this trip. We spent our days on the beach, swimming in the ocean, and our evenings relaxing back at the condo playing games and spending quality time together. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay in Siesta Key with an amazing location, we would definitely recommend it. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again! The only downside for us was that there was no separation between the master bedroom and loft space, so it did lack some privacy.

Great location!
We stayed three nights in April with three adults for a birthday celebration. The unit was well stocked with everything needed. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the Village. Having beach access right out front was great for the days spent at the beach. We would definitely stay again!

The rental had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Everything was in working order and clean
Wonderful. Perfect location and away from the crowded beach. This rental was just what we were looking for. The property manager responded quickly.

Long Weekend stay
We stayed here for 5 nights. The property was just as it looks in the pictures. Everything was neat and Clean. Unit had Extra bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. The unit is close to town to walk or take the trolley.

Family Vacation
The property was great and extremely clean. Only a couple minute walk to the beach and another short walk to the village. The weather was cold so we chose to drive most of the time but you wouldn’t need to on nicer days. Communication with the host was great and was able to even access the property early when I requested. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to stay again.

Beautiful Beach House
This property had everything you need. It made a wonderful family vacation stay. Location and views are absolutely beautiful. House is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay. Walking distance to main areas or hop on a trolly. Property owner is very informative and quick to answer any questions. This is the place to book!!

Absolutely perfect
Everything said to be and more. Location was great- beach area was not crowded, close enough to walk into village. Plenty of space for our family of 5, plus 2 friends. The absolute only thing I would change - making the master a private space from the loft ;)

Cute Beach Bungalow
Stephanie was amazing at responding to any requests/maintenance. The condo had just enough space for our family of 8. Very clean, decorated well and the beds were comfortable. We liked the walking distance to the village. Highly recommend.
