This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The newly renovated conference room boasts a picture-perfect space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

This spacious sixth-floor unit offers all you could need for a beach vacation, with an open and welcoming layout, lovely décor and an unforgettable relaxing ambience. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter and storage space provides the perfect area for making your favorite home-cooked meals. Enjoy a family dinner at the dining table, with seating up to six guests. Step into the spacious living room featuring a flat-screen television and a DVD player as well as comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.
Panoramic coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for three. The balcony is conveniently accessible from both the living room and bedroom. This lovely one-bedroom vacation rental offers comfortable sleeping options for up to four people with a large king bed in the bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
