10 year Anniversary

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. The property was great, staff was friendly. Room was exactly as shown and everything we needed. The view was amazing!

Jetty east

It was nice we weren't looking at the beach from our patio but what we did get to see was the fireworks out our patio view that was really cool. Overall it was convenient to the stores the outlet and restaurants. Great location.

Destin Beach Retreat

Good communication, easy parking, and access to the unit. We felt safe with a 24-hour security gate. There was also easy access to the heated pool and beach. The best walkable beach we've been to!We appreciated having the in-unit laundry. Would have been even better if there were beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs to use. Also, some more hangers.We would stay again and would recommend it to others..

Clean, close to so many restaurants, pool was beautiful !!!I. Great bay view!!!!! Gated loved that! I would suggest blackout curtains in the bedroom and the ice maker didn’t work .

Everything was great, except the fact that I didn’t have the code to enter the room emailed to me and I had to go through a little red tape to get the code which was frustrating because I was tired and ready to settle in.

Nice place to stay

The unit could use a little TLC, clean huge spot on bedroom carpet that greets you when you walk in the room. Sad the dryer did not work the entire 3 weeks we stayed here but one has been ordered. Other than that we totally enjoyed staying in this condo and the Jetty East. Our plans are to return next year at the same time.

Destin condo

The unit was older than it appeared online. It was very clean. Because of its age there were workmen there every day making it very noisy. The drains in the bathroom are both in need of Drano. Also, all the remote batteries need to be replaced. The water in the ice machine in the Fri didn’t work.

The location and proximity to the beach was excellent and as stated in the listing. The unit was dated, but clean. Now the cons: The tub filled up with water while showering. The light in the toilet/shower section of the bathroom did not work . The mattress was horrible and every time you moved the bed creaked and squeaked. The closet had no hangers. The listing stated that there was a hairdryer, but there wasn’t (although the rental company did do a good job of replacing the hairdryer while we were there). Unit did not come with free Jetty East beach chairs and umbrella like the other units. Chairs and umbrella had to be rented daily which was a significant cost. We do not recommend this unit and would not rent this unit again.

6 week stay

Pros: the unit was clean and check in was easy, the location was excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and activities in the area, the beach was right out of the front of the building and was beautiful, the view from our condo was very relaxing, the unit has a washer and dryer. Cons: the ice maker did not work, some of the utensils in the kitchen need to be updated, there was only counter seating for meals and the bar stools were not very comfortable, a small dining table would have been nice, the bed was noisy and not very comfortable, the unit had no beach chairs to use at the beach and the satellite TV kept going out. Renovations were being conducted during our entire stay, one elevator was non-operational for our entire stay and another one broke down several times, half of the parking area was closed off and finding a space became a problem at times, the pavilion next to the beach was under re construction and we were not able to use it at all. Hopefully the renovations are almost complete, and this will not be an issue in the future.
