The main home features 3BR & 31/2BA and the Carriage House features 1BR & 1BA with a kitchenette. Located on the first floor is the kitchen, living room and 1BR/BA with a queen bed. Located on the second floor is the Master Bedroom which has king bed and a steam shower & Whirlpool tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and has its own bathroom. The The third floor has a sitting area with a balcony and chairs to enjoy the gulf view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless still appliances, Keurig coffee maker, Nutribullet, AirFryer and grill press. Everything you need to make your gourmet meals.

The Carriage house has bunk beds a kitchenette and one bath.

All bedrooms open up to a private balcony.

There is a gas grill located off the kitchen/LR area balcony.

*There are cameras located at the gate entrance and pool areas for security and safety.
