The Mark is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. A few short blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier-to the North and Ron Jon Surf Shop to the south. Be near it all! Watch rocket launches from the porch or walk out the direct ocean access and enjoy the view from the beach. If theme parks are your thing, Kennedy Space Center is nearby and the theme parks of Orlando are only an hour away. Boating, Kayaking, fishing, and hiking opportunities are abundant in the many parks and the National Seashore. Visit Cocoa Beach, get away from it all, in the middle of everything!

Loved it!

We stayed at Sea Escape for 1.5 months. Donna’s communication with us was always prompt and she answered all our questions, of which we had many. The way the bedrooms were set up fit our needs perfectly when we had company. We cooked most of our own meals and the kitchen was the best equipped of any place we have ever stayed. The views of the ocean were beautiful from the porch. There are many activities in Cocoa Beach, all a short drive away. We highly recommend Donna’s Sea Escape for your visit to Cocoa Beach.

Great stay

We stayed here for three months upon arrival we Found a very clean large condo with three full bedrooms, a nice decor, all the listed amenities and more. The en suite, washer and dryer and covered private parking spot were a nice touch everything you would need for a day at the beach is supplied cabana chairs, etc. the communal pool was clean and heated very nice. The balcony was huge with a great ocean and beach view, watch cruise ship set sail and SpaceX rocket launches from your own private balcony awesome located close to restaurants and shopping The host was quick to accommodate us on a few minor items we requested at the beginning of our stay we highly recommend this location and plan on staying here again when travelling back to Cocoa Beach thanks Donna and Mark for hosting us well done

Best Experience Yet

This condo was exceptional in every way. Clean, spacious and with everything we needed for a 2 month stay. I love to cook and entertain, and this kitchen had everything I needed. There were lots of nice towels, bedding and extra games and toys. The air conditioner quit, and Donna was quick to have it repaired. I would love to return again in the future and highly recommend staying here. Thank you for our best experience renting yet!!!

Cocoa Brach

Great place, excellent location, wonderful ocean view from the huge balcony Owner very prompt responding to text or email Master bed super comfortable Kitchen has every appliance, gadget or utensil you could ever need- I’ve never needed a rolling pin while on a beach vacation but this kitchen has one !!!

A great extended stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It greatly exceeded our expectations. The beach is easily accessible, clean, and beautiful. It's within easy walking distance of several restaurants, and a Publix. And what an amazing value! Why pay for two hotel rooms when you can comfortably fit eight people into this one beautiful condo for the same price?

Wonderful

The view of the ocean and being so close to the water was wonderful..we even saw dolphins play and 2 SpaceX launches! The owner had everything you'd need to spend a great day at the beach too. The condo was much bigger than the pictures appeared which was a nice surprise. The beds were very comfortable and they had plenty of pillows! It was nice and quiet, so I was able to pop open my laptop and get my work done rather then drive to the office every day. There were lots of fun places and things to do close by like the Cocoa Beach Pier, the Sandbar (Category 5 Hurricanes..wooo hooo) Alligator miniature golf, Kayaking at night to see the bioluminescence, Bike rentals and more! My family and I definitely took home wonderful memories of our stay.

Life as a Beachcomber in World Famous Cocoa Beach Home of Ron Jon Surf Shop Steps from the Beach

The location of this property is superb walking distance from lots of shopping and Restaurant's and the Cocoa Beach Pier. It’s also located on the bus line which can take you down to Coconuts For delicious calamari or crab cakes or up to the port to dine on shark kabobs at the many seafood restaurants. It is not necessary to rent a vehicle while here you can catch a Cocoa Beach Shuttle from the airport. Aside from being steps from the beach they also have a great pool. The One disappointment was the property don’t allow grills and with being in the land of the endless summer for a month, I’m sorry but you really need to get some grilling on. All things considered I loved it and will definitely come back and recommend it to others. Dean

Wonderful Experince in cape Canveral

The place is amazing. The owners were very easy to work with by accommodating our every need. Beautiful condo with great access to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back at this very condo.
