Upon entering SunDestin 804, you will feel right at home, while being able to experience breathtaking eighth-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. To the right of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and comfortable bedding, along with direct entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway as well, and boasts stunning granite countertops. Nestled in the hallway is a set of twin bunk beds, providing a cozy space for children to unwind. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen offers elegant granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as well as a beautifully-tiled backsplash, providing a picturesque space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. Plenty of seating is available at the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with a comfortable couch and two chairs, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



Sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the balcony, with seating for four. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
